Wonderful hotel with excellent location between San Marco and Rialto. When getting booking confirmation, the concierge is sending instructions on how to reach the hotel and a map marked with the best way to take from the waterway stations near Rialto and near San Marco which helps a lot! There is no bridge to go over when arriving after a long flight and a bus ride AND carrying the baggage with you.

We could not figure out the air conditioning, but this time of year we opened the windows and were very comfortable.

The location was perfect and the hotel was so quaint with so much personality. The decor was amazing and it was nice to have the bathroom in the hall away from the bed with the toilet separate from the sink/shower. We loved the furniture and the story of the Codega. The high floor allowed for city views. The staff were all nice and accommodating.

I you are looking for spacious room, there was not much space around the room it self. It didn't bother me, but might not suit everyone. The lightbulbs in the small entry-corridor were out of order. The cleaning staff was cleaning my room when I got back from having breakfast the second morning, so I had to wait to get into my room.

The breakfast buffet had many delicious choices. The location is very good, in a quiet square in the centre of Venice. The room had a small corridor, it was well equipped.

The hotel provided all the necessary amenities, and the staff were helpful and friendly. However, there was one significant issue with the room. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working properly during my stay. Despite informing the reception, they explained that it was centrally controlled and could not be adjusted individually. As a result, the room temperature was uncomfortably high, especially given the hot weather at the time. The only solution offered was a fan, which helped a little but was not sufficient. Overall, while the hotel itself was great and the staff were accommodating, the lack of control over the room temperature was disappointing and affected my experience.

The staff was great. The room was beautiful and a nice size. Breakfast was a wide variety of very good food and offered different foods every day. It was very close to the Rialto bridge and to St Mark’s square. Great location. It had an elevator where many other properties did not.

Excellent hotel and friendly staff. We were celebrating my husbands birthday and they helped me with ordering a birthday cake for him. The birthday cake was amazing. Nothing was to much for them. Highly recommend this hotel. Whether you go to Venice for the Carnival period or any other time of the year. Centrally situated with access to all the main visiting sites, shopping streets and restaurants. Will definitely be returning again.
