Beautiful and comfortable room.

If you have more than one piece of luggage per person, there will not be a lot of room to maneuver.

The location was not too far from train or bus stations. The staff was super friendly and helped us upstairs with our luggage. He also helped us using the map he provided for us to use as it was our first time in Venice. We were about 20 minutes from the Rialto Bridge, but we did stop for photos along the way and to do some reading of menus. We were able to easily find our way back to the hotel using the map and the landmark bridge. Even though breakfast was served, we did not partake in it as we wanted to try a couple coffee bars. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Venice and would stay here again.

Location is great, really close to the town square where you can get the bus to the airport or other places. The service was exceptional from all of the people that we interacted with. Our flight was delayed and they were long enough to guide us to the hotel after mid night.

We had the large family room for 4 people and it was pretty tight quarters with 4 twin beds.

The room was big and spacious. Nicely decorated. The location is in a quiet spot but still close to the bus and train station. About a 30 min walk to Saint Marks Square which is fine, lots to see on the way.

We had a little trouble with the air conditioner the second night and it was after hours. But we just kept our window open to let in the cool breeze.

Breakfast was fresh and tasty and very satisfying. It was more than I had expected. Checkin and checkout was easy. They even had non dairy milk for my daughter when u asked for it.

There are barely any hotels with lifts in Venice so no point in complaining there. For this property, shower was too small.

The location is close to bus station so it's easy to just walk to the property. Take note that the address on Google maps is NOT correct, so check your booking details for the right address. We wandered for a while, looking for the property before finding the right address. Besides that, everything else seemed good. Staff was very accommodating, restaurants/bars nearby are open until late so that's great too.

The room was clean, except for the two little rugs in the room. I recommend a better cleaning, as they had other guests hair on it.

street level was a bit noisy at times., especially on Sat night.

We were exhausted when we finally found the hotel..we had walked a long time over terrain we are not used too. We also found it difficult to locate especially due to lack of signage. (as seems typical of the city)When we learned the room was up a flight of stairs I was very upset as I cannot carry more than 10-15 lbs, I thought I had asked to for 2 beds and AC. But the front desk person continued to try to address my concerns and offered a room on the main level, and the room cooled down effectively. When I was rested and settled I was very glad for the accommodations and the friendliness of the persons owning the establishment. The quaintness and all of it qualities added to our Venice experience in a positive and genuine way. Food and food service was very good, variety was appreciated and enjoyed.

It didn’t show up correctly in google maps and no real sign to designate it, so it wasn’t the easiest to find.

It was a gorgeous room, and windows opened right outside! Very close to a water taxi drop off and bus station. The women working were so friendly and helpful with questions.

Location was good for the train station and main bus stop but was a little far from all the bigger tourist attractions. Not that big of a deal if you don't have a problem walking everywhere (which we didn't) but could be a problem if you aren't good at navigating to further destinations.

The room was so nice and unique and we couldn't get over how cute it was. The lady behind the front desk was extremely nice and very helpful about navigating the city. We didn't have breakfast but we did walk in the one morning and it looks/smelled amazing. The room was plenty of space and the bathroom was great size. Also thought the bed was one of the comfier ones that we slept in throughout our trip.
