If you wanted to be close to a lot of restaurants, this wouldn’t be your place to stay. You’d need a car to get around easily and eat at different spots.

Property was on a quiet part of the Lake, we loved being able to get a ferry from our door into Bellagio to explore, but being able to return to the peace & quiet was perfect. Views were incredible.

A gorgeous place to stay just outside of the busy-ness of Bellagio. The views were beautiful, the room was clean and tidy and the staff were so welcoming and accomodating. The restaurant downstairs was also fabulous! We would definitely recommend staying at Al Molo :)

Stunning hotel and location, super peaceful. Rooms are so lovely, modern but quaint at the same time. Balcony's are lovely and the breakfast in room is delightful. The restaurant is lovely, we are so glad we are there, nice bit just for hotel guests. Quite remote but nice to get away from the business of bellagio and como etc. Right near a bus stop and ferry stop, not too frequent but with the right planning not an issue. Staff couldn't be more helpful.

This is one of my favourite places to stay on Lake Como! The location is perfect! Super clean and comfortable bed! The staff is amazing and loved the breakfast picnic delivered to our room!

No free parking and the public carpark you had to pay for the day.

Great hotel and staff. Room looked out onto lake. You can catch the ferry to Lecco or Balagio right next to the hotel. Access to hotel is easier by car. Staff were really helpful.

Parking space was difficult. If you need to go anywhere , you need to go by car. The bathroom was a bit small. You share a dining area with few other rooms for making coffee or tea since there is no mini bar in the room. No room service. Limited areas to eat in the nearby area (if you want to go on foot) Limited breakfast options.

Hard to think of what can be improved. Just be sure that the quiet location is what you want (apart from the church bells every halve an hour in the daytime).

Beautiful location, lovely room with a balcony overlooking the lake. We needed to make an early start and so breakfast was bought to our room at 7:15am. Helpful staff and good facilities. Its a very quiet an peaceful location with just a couple of restaurants and bars. Best to book a table as they do fill up.

Everything! Being in the small village away from the hustle and bustle of busier spots made it a relaxing place for us. But still close enough to get around easily. Having the ferry at the front of the property was fantastic! Our room was beautifully appointed and the staff were exceptional. The breakfasts were delicious and having the bar and restaurant within the building was handy and made it easy when we just wanted to enjoy what the property has to offer and take in the amazing views.

A bar in the evening would be nice, but not essential.

Beautiful boutique hotel right on the water, so unbelievably peaceful. The view from the room was spectacular and we even ate breakfast on the balcony in a thunder storm! The location is perfect as the ferry stops right outside. If you want to eat dinner in Bellagio though, you will need to get a cab back. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Beautiful property located right on Lake Como. Immaculate clean and serene atmosphere. The girls at the front desk were absolutely amazing and helpful. We were celebrating our wedding and they made sure we felt attended and special the entire time. Can’t wait to come back and enjoy a longer stay.

Unfortunately, the restaurant’s kitchen was closed for the night due to the stove not functioning. So we had to take an Uber down to the Bellagio to grab something to eat. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

What a beautiful place in such a perfect location, I would definitely come back if we return to Como. The staff was amazing, and I loved how close the hotel was to the ferry port. On our first night, we ate at the restaurant downstairs, and it was absolutely delicious. I would recommend this place again and again!

Nothing not to like and we’re already planning a future return.

Situated in a beautiful setting with the most amazing view from the balcony. Lots of thoughtful touches including a breakfast room with complimentary water, tea and coffee and the most delicious breakfast brought to our room each morning. Everything we could need was provided e.g. dressing gowns, powerful hairdryer, toiletries and helpful information on the area and transport options. The Vassena ferry pier is directly next door which was so useful for trips to other areas and there are also bus stops a few minutes walk away. We had a meal at the restaurant next door but also went to Cafe Bar Errezeta which was a few minutes walk away and did the most amazing pasta. The staff were very helpful and communicated well in advance. We made use of the onsite bar (Vassena Cafe) each day and enjoyed our drinks on the private decking area by the lake - so beautiful.

100/10 everything. Beautiful atmosphere, location and all the amenities you could dream of! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean, and getting breakfast to the room every morning was such a treat. The ferry is right next to the hotel, and with a restaurant on site, has everything you need. Would recommend Al Molo 5 to anyone!

We found one of the waiters in the restaurant was quite rude and abrupt.. when asked if could have just a drink next to the lake.. Also lacking a lift for the upper floors which would have been useful with heavy luggage

Beautiful hotel… Friendly helpful staff from the moment we arrived.. Thanks to Greta for the very warm welcome and for sorting us an early morning picnic breakfast for our day drip to St Moritz.. Located next to Ferry Jetty so it was very convenient to access the other beautiful spots on Lake Como.. Restaurant attached served a very decent dinner with a beautiful view of the lake , on one of our nights..

Very nice location, at the peaceful shore of lake Como, it's like paradise. The staff is very kind and friendly and gave us a lot of helpful information for our stay. The tiny ferry terminal is just next to the hotel. Having breakfast each morning on the lake gazing at its peaceful surface was unforgettable unique experience. The room was very clean and cozy. We would definitely come back.
