The staff was outstanding! Very nice and caring. Good size room and comfy bed. Beautiful view. 25m outdoor pool was old and water super cold, but still enjoyable as in perfect style with the place.

We really liked this hotel, it's location, building, food, pool, breakfast, everything was lovely. Room bit on the small size for a comfort room. Pool area is also open for non-hotelguests but got reserved beds for hotelguests. If i would come back in Pistoia i would stay here again, for sure.

Antico Convento Park Hotel et Bellevue is very charming. It has a special atmosphere of its own and it is very uncomplicated to be a guest there! This means that we felt very comfortable and will return anytime. During our stay of 11 nights there was not a single negative moment! The rooms are very clean and well equipped! The breakfast is very sufficient and on a very good level. You should definitely visit the restaurant! And the pool is very well maintained and relaxing! The staff super nice, accommodating, friendly at all times and invisible when it should be invisible! The location is phenomenal and Pistoia is a wonderful city that you should definitely make time for. Especially at aperitif time and for dinner! All negative reviews you will find here are subjective and obviously influenced by visitors and guests who have not understood individuality and aspiration in conjunction! We will definitely return! The whole place needs to be fixed a bit. It looked old and boring. They need to work on the outside of the building and fresh it up a bit. The garden needs to be trimmed a lot. The children’s pool is in a very bad shape. The “adult” pool was kind of dirty and it seemed like they put more chlorine in it to make it “cleaner”, there was way to much in the pool it smelled and dried your skin out after one bath. Unfortunately the pool is opened for everyone to use, so there came a lot of people and the atmosphere were stressful and people were very loud. No staff around the pool area to keep order or clean after people who left stuff behind. The garden would be so much nicer if they put som fresh greenery or flowers, there were a lot of dead plants. A lot of plastic chairs etc that didn’t fit in the rest of the interior, and they were timeworn.

The hotel is in the mountains so the view is amazing. The breakfast had a lot of variety in what to eat. Although the cooked eggs were green/gray in color all our stay, and the scrambled eggs were dry and burned. Free WiFi that worked good. Nice spacious room and bathroom, bathroom supplies, fridge in the room. The hotel has a restaurant and the food was good but honestly nothing special and a bit overpriced. Plenty of sun beds along the pool and also in the garden. A bar by the pool. The hotel has a nice chapel.

We had to wear swimming caps in the pool, and the hotel was a bit noisy in the early mornings.

As pregnant I would have appreciated an option to buy non-alcoholic beer for dinner. Not very safe that the manager didn’t use a mask when helping out at the breakfast buffet (during COVID-19).

Dinner: I booked half-board: Treatment of waiters is according to your economic experience. If you are wealthy looking couple of middle age you get served early and they give you the nicest table view views in the restaurant. I travelled on my own because of work and the first night I had to almost fight with the waitress that she let me sit outside on the patio although there were plenty of tables. Side dishes next to the main course you have to pay apart otherwise you only get a piece of fish or meat without anything. Dessert was also not included. I had to wait for it in the second night more than 20 minutes but decided then to leave. In general the energy and treatment of the employees transmit the feeling that they feel annoyed dealing with the guests. If you require something, it's likeif you ask for a favour. Receptionist does not wear face mask and male waiter uses face mask just for decoration. But guests are obligated to wear it in the hotel...

Beautiful hotel facilities and very nice surroundings. The convent and his history are really amazing. You can enjoy the quietness and the piece. Internet works really well!

The place is nice but it saw better days. It could have claimed the attributed 4 stars some 30 years ago. Air conditioning was extremely bad. It generated noise rather than cool air. In temperatures well over 30, this was very disappointing. Keycard door lock was broken, we got a bulky old-school kel as replacement. The pool full of non-hotel guests, with limited spaces for hotel guests always occupied.

We experienced some negative surprises but the staff was great and always trying to help. The bed was large and comfy. The restaurant staff was very nice and accommodating, the food was great too. The location is exceptional, remote and high up in the hills, with beautiful views of Pistoia and the valley. The road to get to the hotel is an adventure in itself.

The airco could be better, not the idea it was working or it wasn't big enough for the room? Opening the windows in the evening worked of course.

The view, the silence, the swimming pool, the restaurant, the view. Will come back again for sure.

Location is overlooking the city of Pistoia, but it is a challenge to get down the hill to the city. It took about 20 minutes downhill to the bus station and the bus drives by once in an hour. I'd recommend visiting this hotel with your own vehicle.

The staff, breakfast and outdoor pool are stunning! The rooms were clean, but water pressure and temperature variation in the shower was a bit funny.

The payed parking isn't a good idea if you don't a high car.

The staff was very nice and helpful, the place it's absolutely wonderful, with a view of Pistoia from the garden.
