It was a bit difficult to locate as there isn't a sign outside for it.

Cannot think of anything we did not like -- it was exceptionally good. Perhaps a slightly later checkout time would be an improvement.

This stay was one of my best during a 4-week tour of Sicily. The room was spacious, modern and had a super clean and fresh feeling. Checkin and checkout were well organized. Breakfast was great. Plenty of bottled water, fruit juice and limoncello to be had, if desired. Location on Ortigia Island was perfect - near outdoor market and historical ruins. Plenty of parking available, for a 15 euro fee for 24 hours. Great view of Greek ruins and town from balcony.

The location is perfect for exploring syracusa. The breakfast and service were great. Coffee, water and limoncello are provided free of charge.

The downside of being in the thick of it is that it can get noisy. It was Saturday night and there was some sort of event happening at the piazza my room faced. The double-glazed windows blocked most of the noise, but I still had to wear earplugs.

Very lux rooms right in the centre of Ortigia. The room was very comfortable, modern, beautifully decorated, and had a view of the Temple of Apollo. Breakfast was nice, and communication with the team before and during my stay was great. I wish I had stayed longer.

A very nice contemporary apartment style accomodation in a great location in oritigia. Breakfast was nice, the room was very modern and clean, the host at breakfast was friendly. The check in process was easy and seamless seeing as you check yourself in. It was nice to be able to access the fridge for a limoncello or water free of charge. Took us a double take to find the right entrance and to find tenute parking but was still easy in the grand scheme of things. A lovely place.

Room wasn't fully soundproof so you could hear quite clearly if people were talking in the hall, although this wasn't a problem in the end since there were not that many rooms, and people were very respectful.

Breakfast was great, very varied and good quality. They were even able to accommodate us a bit before usual breakfast time since we had to leave early. Bed and pillows were very comfortable, room was nice and clean, with views to the temple of Apollo.
