Lovely family run hotel. Every member of staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a great location. Ten minute walk to the station at S. Margarita. 10/15 minute walk to the centre of S. Margarita or Rapallo.

The road in front of the hotel is busy. It can be a bit noisy.

Mattress was hard. Parking for our 6 seater van was on the street on a very busy road.not in the property as promised.

Hotel was very nicely furnished and the staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. Air con was great and rooms were lovely, sea view was so nice and the price was very good for this and the location.

The location is lovely between Rapallo & Santa Margherita however the walk to/from the towns does require a hill in the heat. Alternatively, the buses stop right outside so we used them a lot! Hot tip- if getting the bus to Portofino, get on the bus at the first stop as they are full by the time they get to Santa Margherita port, or walk!

We picked the room with the large terrace which was certainly large! The view was gorgeous. My friend and I had to work while we were there for a couple of days and the terrace made for a perfect office! The room was cleaned meticulously every day. The staff are the best thing about this property! They are so lovely and were so helpful with restaurant suggestions and making bookings for us. Breakfast was also lovely.

We had an excellent stay here. The view from our room was gorgeous. The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to accommodate our various needs and requests. The hotel was extraordinarily clean. All of this for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Understandably they wanted to minimise wastage but as a result, the breakfast options were reduced if you came down towards the end of the breakfast times (get there early and there is plenty to choose from). Dinner recommendation the first night was really poor (three nearest restaurants aren’t great) however the last nights recommendation was good.

Staff were super and so friendly. They really went above and beyond for us. Right on the hill between Rapallo and Santa Magherita (it’s steep!).

Everything was perfect

The bed was very comfortable,the room was very clean and servesed every day, and the seaview was spectacular.The hotel has perfect location, very friendly staff.Bus stop is front of the hotel and the beach is in couple of minutes walking distance. It took us 20min to Portofino by bus.

A gem of a hotel. Personnel unfailingly pleasant, helpful and responsive.. Very large, practical room with à lovely balcony and stunning view. Very good breakfast. Would highly recommend this hotel
