On the second night we lost power and aircon and when we told staff it was no concern to them. Was a little frustrating however we checked out the next morning. Housekeeping did not attend to our room during our stay to tidy up the rooms or freshen towels.

This property was a cosy and comfortable stay. The location was perfect and very close to transport and a short walk to main attractions. Staff were friendly and accommodating with recommendations on what to see and do.

The room we stayed in had not much natural light and dark colours in the walls. We were worried at first that the room was in the ground floor but it proved to be not a problem since it was very quiet.

Excellent location, very quiet and very central neighbourhood, which is very important in such a touristic city as Venice. Excellent restaurants nearby. Staff very nice and helpful, always paying attention to our needs. The hotel is really nice, with a beautiful breakfast room, and a beautiful large courtyard. Entrance decor and staircase excellent. The room was spacious and the bathroom complete (with bidet) which was a plus. Small supermarket just in front, very convenient. Recommended.

The location was away from the really busy tourist areas but it still had a good feel to the area. Also it was close to the water bus route and only a short walk to rialto bridge or the train station. The hotel feels really modern but has loads of original feeling design elements and excellent air conditioning.

The hotel had no facilities and the entrance to the apartment was separate to the hotel, which we did not know before arriving.

Was a gorgeous hotel and the breakfast was outstanding. Restaurants around the hotel were soooo good, and much better than the ones near the more Touristy areas. Staff was helpful and also recommended and booked 2 restaurants during our stay

I guess the only thing I would improve would be the coffee quality during breakfast.

Breakfast was exceptional, as well as the decor of the whole hotel. Friendly, english-speaking stuff. Had a nice stay and would recommend to a friend for sure!

Location is kind of far from the city center. The other staff felt kinda annoyed by our simple questions.

Great location. Felt comfortable and secure as a female solo traveller. Just a 15-minute walk from the bus station. Restaurants and supermarket nearby. Clean, modern, rooms, tastefully decorated. There is a lovely courtyard and lounge to relax in after a busy day of exploring the city. Friendly helpful staff. Huge choice for breakfast in a beautiful space.

Bed was a bit too firm.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Excellent location - Convenient to water transportation and a quick walk to train station and Rialto Bridge area. Several very good restaurants very nearby plus a market and gelato. Wonderful included breakfast. Room and bath were adequate size with great air conditioning! The piazza in front was a great place to sit and relax plus have dancing on Tuesdays. Strongly recommend - so enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely stunning hotel, refurbished to a very high standard. Great location in a quiet area, only a 10 minute walk from the station. Great breakfast, nice terrace with bar. Very welcoming staff.
