Excellent location, nice pool and roof terrace, fantastic choice for breakfast. Very helpful and welcoming night male reception staff. Great value for money. Also you have a supermarket next door and bus stop.

AC didn't work and we couldn't open the window over night since we were on the ground floor with an exit to a terrace from which somebody could enter. The terrace door didn't have a tilt position.

The room was too small without any view. Only few rooms have a lake view as presented on the photos. 80% of the rooms are without any view - looking at the fence.

1. It would have been great if the cleaning people give two water bottles. They gave us 2 bottles on day 1 and then no bottles anymore. Then I asked can we have tap water; the person at the desk thought for a second and said yes! If you want customers to have tap water, mention that in the room or give two water bottles everyday!

A little dated in places. The quadruple room was ok, but the second bed was a pull out sofa bed and not very comfortable (and squeaky). Only 1 tea bag in the room and no milk.

Access to free bike rental is excellent. Only 10 mins ride to Sirmione old town and plenty of places to lock it up. Much easier than driving. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice. Staff friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking.

Tha Location was exceptional...and the peaceful atmosphere at hotel, was a added plus. Easy access to some excellent restaurants, with tasty food, creative presentations and friendly staffs.

We had a family room but it didn't feel like there was a lot of space (I am being picky here!)

Rooftop pool is a big bonus for this hotel, it is a great facility. We went with young teens and made use of the free bike hire each day, this made it really easy to get around local beaches and restaurants in Sirmione and was a big bonus. Underground parking felt safe and secure and was easy to access from the hotel. Cleaning staff were super friendly and there was a good selection at breakfast time. We all had a great stay here and would stay again.

My bed was not very comfortable, however I am very heavy (about 100 kg). Our children were happy with their mattress.

There is no beach around. The bus to the city center is also 10-15 minutes walk.

It's evident the 3 stars. Rooms are dated, staff was rude. It happened in 2 ocassions one of them was that we were approached being asked aif we were the ones requesting a checking method of payment in public which we weren't and it felt awkward. We traveled to different places around Italy and and stayed in 4 and 5 stars hotel except in Garda, some of them we paid in advanced some others we didn't so when I was checking out I asked if I needed to pay, and the explanation was verybrude as if I was commiting a crime. Yes of course I would pay, that's why I'm asking!!!

Having a free parking on site was a plus. The coffe was absolutely amazing. Decent breaksfast. Our room had a balcony which I loved.

Very clean, easy to get around and loved the roof top pool. When I arrived I didn’t have the proper charger for my phone and the lovely front desk girl lent me theirs until I was able to find one. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area

Breakfast was very good. Something for everyone. Cool roof top pool. Lots of good restaurants close by. Bikes available to easily cycle into Sirmione. Big super market next door for any essentials. Very good value for money. Good, clean room and very friendly staff

Breakfast wasn't bad, it was just the same everyday.. other than that it was great!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially with the children, the private parking was a big plus, the room was big enough for the four of us (1 child + infant), we didn't have a chance to swim, but the swimming pool seemed nice. The towels were changed everyday without even asking

We booked a quadriple room which turned to be very spacious compared with the european measures (2 rooms, 3 single beds and one large) The location was perfect for us, easy to transport with kids via car to Sirmione and the surrounding towns, The rooms as well as the facilities were very clean and well maintained; and the staff was helpful and hearty!

Noise in the early morning. The room was located close to the elevator and other persons in the were not to quite but this is not something on the hotel side. 1 large bed from the standard double room as actually 2 small beds close together.
