Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Everything was perfect
Absolutely amazing place to stay great location 10 min walk from the train station a lot of restaurants around 1 min walk from the hotel there is a bus station to the airport. The hotel is very very clean I mean spotless! The biggest surprise of this hotel is the receptionist (Giulio)very nice,polite, and also helpful. He should be promoted to hotel manager because he does all the work with his behavior, for which I am very grateful because our stay was very short but in a nice atmosphere. I recommend this place 100%

The whole experience from checking in to checking out all the staff were amazing the receptionist the lady at breakfast and the waiter in the restaurant very professional

Just a minor thing - the aircon was quite noisy.
Very friendly staff - greeted with a smile from the gentleman on reception and the main lady in the breakfast room was keen to help. A lovely selection of Italian pastries and cakes with hot drinks.

The breakfast is ok, but I did not like the coffee.
Clean place, well-sized room. Public transportation connection to Città Alta and airport - not far away (100 m). The hotel is located in a shopping area. The personnel is nice.

Everything was perfect
The location was perfect. Very central, a short distance from the train station and funicolare. Close to bars and restaurants. courtesy kits were provided containing items for shaving, make up removal, toothbrush and toothpaste, soaps, hair conditioners, sewing kit. A chocolate on the bed and a welcome drink at the bar with some nibbles. The room was on the last floor, bright and quiet.

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise in the charming atmosphere of Bergamo. I had just come from a very unfortunate experience in Barcelona, and I started thinking that perhaps three-star hotels had declined all over Europe. Not at all! I found an elegant and quiet hotel, even though it’s located on a main street, with a wonderful breakfast offering fresh and carefully selected products. The staff were kind and helpful, and the hotel provides a welcome drink—which unfortunately I didn’t manage to enjoy, but I’d like to take this opportunity to thank them nonetheless. The toiletries were also remarkable—more numerous and diverse than anywhere else. I don't recall ever finding makeup remover in a hotel before. In other places, even those rated four stars, you're lucky if you get a little body lotion. The only downside was that noises from other rooms could be heard—of all kinds—and depending on their nature and intensity, they could even wake you up in the middle of the night. Of course, this also depends on the courtesy of the guests.

Due to our flight being canceled, we urgently needed a place to stay for the night and chose this hotel. However, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the short duration between check-in and check-out. We checked in at midnight and had to leave the room by 11 a.m., which gave us very little time to rest. I understand the hotel’s policies, but I believe that in situations like this, more flexibility with the check-out time would make the experience more positive and welcoming for guests.

I didn't really find anything about the hotel that I didn't like tbh.
Lovely hotel in a great location within walking distance from the train station and to the old town via the funicular. My room was very spacious and comfortable, the restaurant was nice and served a decent continental style breakfast,the evening meals were also good. I would definitely stay here again.
