Everything was great adn I have no complaints.

The room was cozy and clean with lots of space. The little breakfast room was well stocked with good coffee, fruit, pastries, and other things. The staff (Mark!) was super friendly and helpful. And check-in was easy and stress-free. The location was chosen to proximity to someone I was visiting who is staying nearby, but it ended up being easy to walk around and get to the Vatican and other tourist spots on foot as long as you don't mind the walk. Also it was very safe (at least I felt safe) walking at night. I probably will book this place again if/when i come back.

The shower door cannot be completely closed

Just few minutes walk when get off the bus from Roma Termini. 10 minutes walking to PIM supermarket. 15 minutes woking or Ottaviano Merto. Some coffee shop & restaurants in there. The room very clean and quiet. Good breakfast have hams, bodied eggs, cheese, coffee, fruit juice and biscuits. And they will refill on 8:30am.

The shower is very difficult to operate, the temperature keeps changing all the time. The breakfast is a little bit limited, just a few options, cheese and ham are usually not available during all the time, especially in the early morning. Reposition was not good.

The host was amazing! Makes you feel welcome and special (gave me some beers, left from another visitor as he knew I like beer). One day the coffee machine broke and he stayed after his shift to get someone to fix it.

The place was very easy to find. The room was very nice and spacious, with a comfortable bed. The room and the bathroom were clean and included amenities. All appliances were modern and worked well. The breakfast spread had many different things, including different types of tea, coffee, cakes, etc. and the breakfast room also had a cappuccino machine. The staff in charge was very polite and helpful.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Quaint, quiet and clean, within walking distance of cafes and /shopping or you can get a cab to your destination. The guest house is in a quiet neighborhood and not touristy at all which is what I love about Athena.

staff was very helpful. Self check in was easy and fast. breakfast was enough and although most of them are sugary, I think there is a lot of variety. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day. We liked that the room was designed very modern. bathroom and toilet got full points from us. When you look from the window of the room, you see a small park and trees. 10 minutes max walking distance to the metro line and the location is a nice quiet place. The person who contacted us (I think he/she was the owner) was very kind. I think it's worth your money. The room where we had breakfast was my favorite place during the holiday because if you are students who are trying to travel with limited money, the breakfast included in your accommodation can keep you full for a long time.

No towels or blanket when we arrived & no one on-site. Arrived at 6:00 & staff is only there in the am. Staff did come with towels.

Spacious,clean rooms in a quiet locals neighborhood. Nice little restaurants & grocery across the street. Abit far from downtown. Breakfast room was well set up for self serve.

The range available for breakfast is limited. Staff availability is limited The in-room Wifi was a little slow if you're doing video calls or trying to work from the room You can hear some noise from the street during the rush hour traffic

The room was large and provided a lot of space to settle into. The bed was comfortable and had everything you needed. The staff was helpful, though they do work only for a portion of the day and so if you need help after hours it is tricky. The location of the hotel is also nice. While it is a fair walk from the nearest metro station, there is a bus route close by and the surrounding area is a beautiful part of Rome and nice to walk in.

The AC was not working properly, and the breakfast was very minimal. There was no one at the reception. The light bulb also started hanging from the ceiling.

It was unfortunate that my room (room 2) was next to the road and I could hear everything from the street and also the toilet flush kept being stuck and running so I had to manually stop it.

The stuff was very friendly and resourceful. The breakfast was very satisfactory.
