Our room was bright and spacious with a gorgeous fresco on the ceiling. Enrico was a fantastic host, super helpful and friendly. We were also lucky to find a parking spot right outside of the B&B. All in all a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it

The property was very well maintained. The room was just the right size for a couple. The manager Enrico was extremely helpful. We were able to walk to many restaurants and attractions. If we come back to Florence we will stay here again.

Everything was perfect

We had the pleasure of staying at Cimabue, and we must say it was a truly amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the cleanliness and the cozy atmosphere of the hotel. The comfortable furnishings, and the serene atmosphere made it feel like a true home away from home. One of the notable features of this hotel is its convenient location. Situated close to the city center (15-20 min walk/ 5-10 min by bus), it was easy to explore and navigate the city. Enrico deserve special commendation for their exceptional service. He was courteous, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was nothing short of perfect. We felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout my entire stay. Enrico gave us discount coupons for several cafes near the hotel. We had breakfast in one of these places every day. The hotel itself has a small kitchen, coffee, coffee machine, microwave and toaster in common area. Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. We recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay near the city center.

Very unique property in a very good location walking distance to main places but in a residential neighborhood. The best part was having Enrico as our host. He helped us with everything he could.

The bathroom is a bit dated but other than that we loved it.

The host was very welcoming and gave us some insight into Florence when we arrived. Our room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The property was a bit far of a walk from the centre but we didn’t mind that each evening to help walk off the after dinner fullness. We were very close to the Piazzale Michaelangleo; we took the bus from outside the property to the Piazzale and walked into the city from there. The host was very kind and let us stay until 1pm the next day as our train was leaving that afternoon - so we could leave our bags there and go for breakfast. I almost forgot - the host gives you a breakfast voucher for a cafe downstairs to get yourself a croissant/brioche and a coffee - a nice added touch that won’t be forgotten!

The location far away from the Doumo and other attractions, especially with no easy transport available.

The staff (Enrico and his wife) they are so kind people we got a very warm welcome. Enrico ready to help at any time ,he gave us many information and advises for touring, he even arranged a taxi for us even when we are outside, they deal with us a friends not a guests. The place very clean and they clean the room everyday. There is a left and it's so helpful other than hotel we stayed in . They was very generous, they offer a coupon for breakfast for many coffee shops around. There a lot of restaurants around and supermarkets, and it's very close to the River.

Beautiful room in the heart of Florence, at walking distance from all the highlights and far enough to not be in the touristic area. Enough bakeries and bars around for breakfast or a drink. Enrico was a great host and explained us what to see and visit. He upgraded us to another bigger room as it was available and my boyfriend was too tall for the other bed ;-)

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Enrico's place in Florence. The moment we arrived, we immediately felt at home in the warm and inviting atmosphere. The apartment was impeccably clean and impressively spacious, providing us with ample room to relax and unwind. Enrico and his family went above and beyond to accommodate our late arrival, taking the time to personally welcome us and patiently answer all of our questions. Their recommendations for local attractions and dining options were simply outstanding and greatly enhanced our experience in Florence. However, what truly set Enrico and his family apart was their exceptional kindness and genuine care. When we encountered a personal problem during our stay, Enrico's wife went out of her way to assist us, surpassing all expectations. Her support and assistance were truly heartwarming and left us in awe. It's remarkable to encounter such wonderful people who genuinely strive to make a positive difference in the world. We cannot thank Enrico and his family enough for their extraordinary hospitality and generosity. Our time at their place was nothing short of fantastic, and we wholeheartedly recommend their accommodation to anyone visiting Florence.

The owners of this establishment make this one of the best family run hotels I have ever stayed. They are always available to help. We had a simple comfortable room with access to outdoor space. It is a residential neighborhood with some very good local restaurants and cafes. This is a perfect place if you want to remove yourself from tourists madness.

The accommodations and the host (Enrico) are both gems. The location was perfect for my family and I. The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and comfortable. Enrico provided some very helpful recommendations for us to avoid some of the overly touristy dining and gelato options. The location was perfect as well. The Cimabue area has a lot of great dining and shopping options while still being minutes away from the old city. There is also a great Cafe and Bakery as soon as you step outside. Highly recommend.

The coffee machine outside was a plus for me Enriko, the owner, was so welcoming and mad us feel home. He made sure to share few recomendarions on where to eat and what to see. Easter weekend in Florence can be crazy! We were grateful to stay here. This was a perfect space for a family of 4(2 adults, 2 kids). Enrico was beyond helpful, caring and professional. He spend decent time going over places of interest, best mode of transportation and recommendation on places to eat. He is very flexible and takes his customers needs seriously. He is lovely to give you breakfast coupons and even walk over to these local bakeries with you to ensure things are working out. Location is really good and has bus stops close by to access tourist attractions. I highly recommend this place 👌 !

I loved the terrace, the location was wonderful, and Ricardo and his family were so beyond accommodating. I had a late checkout, needed help with taxis, and many other small things where Ricardo made it very easy. The bathroom was lovely and I really enjoyed everything about the room as well. The wifi also worked great!

The shower is a bit of a tight squeeze if you are not a small person. I am 5' 10" and 265 and it was snug to get in the doors. However it was immaculate and the restroom more than was sufficient. The street was somewhat busy (traffic) during evening or morning rush hour so, you will certainly hear a bit of traffic from your window/patio during those hours. Not a big deal, but worth noting.

The owner was a exceptionally pleasant and spoke English well, which was beneficial as my Italian is 25 years out of usage. The room was clean, quiet and located in a more properly Florentine neighborhood, which was not full of tourists at all hours. Yet, it was a just a block away from restaurants, bars, tabacchi, Osteria, bus stops, and a 5 min walk from San Ambrogio and15 from Santa Croce/Duomo. We had a lovely stay and for the price it can not be beat. Absolutely wonderful. Bed was firm and cozy. Nice little patio off our room, gave an outdoor space to enjoy a coffee or a class of wine. There are cafe/bar/bakeries just next door. Coop (market) was 2 blocks away and made for easily getting a few essentials to keep us hydrated and with some light snacks.

Great apartments close to the city center. Very friendly hosts. It is very clean, the bed is comfortable, there is a shared kitchen with all utensils, there is a shared terrace. They gave us a better room. Special thanks to Enrico! I highly recommend it to everyone!
