Near by a place where people gather so it was very noisy at night. I had the room in the cave behind the pool so honestly it was dark without any view.

The place is very nice and well located. Rooms are very fancy and nicely decorated.

Just some more space for luggage in the rooms or to hang towels would be nice. But we did book the smallest rooms which were perfect for a two night stay. If I were to stay longer I’d get a bigger room. :)

The hotel is beautiful and peaceful. The rooms are nicely cooled and beautifully redone! Matteo and his team are exceptionally kind and attentive. When we come back to Palermo we will definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect.

The location of the hotel is perfect in the old city for tourists. Easy access to all the visitor attractions, fabulous cafes and amazing restaurants. The hotel is a beautiful place, it is an excellent modern conversion to a high quality specification. The rooms are a good size with modern facilities. The grounds are very well maintained and the pool is an extra bonus which is absolutely essential during any visit to Palermo. The best part of the experience is the friendly and helpful staff - Matteo, Siri and Julian work very hard to make sure customers have the best possible experience. The breakfast is lovely and recommend it. Overall, an amazing hotel with excellent staff.

Some of the plugs did not work with an adapter, even the one that was already in the room. There was no soap dispenser in the bathroom. We were using the soap that was provided for face and body and there was nowhere to leave it by the sink. The fridge was blowing hot air and it wasn't properly cooling the drinks. Otherwise everything else was excellent.

Beautiful place, with great staff. We felt very well looked after. Lovely garden with pool. The room was spacious and everything was provided. Great location! Only a breath away from the place, there are great restaurants and bars and it was only a short walk to the centre of Palermo.

Everything!! It was a perfect little oasis in the middle of the city. Beautiful pool area and stunning room built into the old city wall with the old stones all still exposed. Lovely breakfasts! Staff were absolutely amazing couldn’t have been more helpful. Loved how high spec it was and how much character our room had. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful. Wonderful location as well - just on the edge of the old town, the square outside of the hotel becomes a super lively corner full of fabulous restaurants and bars in the evening. We will be definitely coming back.

We booked a superior room which was comfortable enough but had no view however on reflection I would’ve picked a standard room on the ground floor which although smaller has a little patio area area and a bit more character.

Great location, fabulous breakfast, helpful staff always willing to help with recommendations and travel assistance. Beautiful gardens and delightful small pool.

I wish you could fully darken the room but thats just me.

It is beautiful how they did the garden and pool. People before in the comments used the word "oasis" and I think it suits it very well. You open the gate from outside not expecting too much and enter this stunning garden. Everything was very nice. We didn't have breakfast so we can't say anything about it.

The property is all that it is touted to be. We really appreciated the pool. Mateo was a huge help, particularly getting us reservations at amazing restaurants in walking distance. What makes this place extra special is its location, in the heart of the Kalsa district. I wouldn’t have wanted to stay anywhere else. It’s an amazing!!
