A charming villa, surrounded by a beautiful garden. Easy to find, uncomplicated check-in (even 2 hours earlier, I was grateful) and check-out. Safe parking inside. Everything is very elegant, well maintained, perfectly clean. Nice spacious room, very comfortable bed and good quality bed linen and towels. Absolutely quiet at night. Rich breakfast, including delicious scrambled eggs, home-made cookies and a gorgeous cappuccino. Very kind hosts. Nice and safe neighbourhood to go for a walk, restaurants and cafés very close, walking distance. I really enjoyed my stay here and would love to come back. Warmly recommended !

Everything. Super Clean, Breakfast, Garden, lovely Zoey. Local restaurant right acroas the street much better than the ones in Venice. Stategic location, transfer to Venice via bus 53 in front of the house, 25mins to Venice, 45mins to Padova and of course dear Geovanni and his lovely wife make you feel you are at your parents home. so, 10 out of 10. Superb.

Very pleasant stay in an old villa, fully renovated with good taste and with a sense for details. The room is large enough for two persons, clean and comfortable. It is quiet in the room thanks to the good isolated windows and ideally for people enjoying a late sleep in the morning. All this is possible thanks to the great family owning the villa.

This was not just a hotel, it was our second home for the several nights. Can’t think of anything! The location is actually perfect! Half an hour from Venice, by bus, quiet town, near a canal, with nice restaurant and ice cream shop a couple meters away. We slept wonderfully! If I ever come back to Venice, this is the place I want to stay in.

The house is really nice! The bedroom is cosy and very well decorated. The hosts, very kind and the garden sunny and just beautiful! Would love to stay again.

A wonderful place, a wonderful old house, completely renovated with exceptional attention to detail. The room had a garden view, quiet and peaceful, very comfortable. We were greeted warmly and friendly, we received everything we needed for our comfort during our stay. Everything was fine, we have no complaints

Everything went well in the best possible way, from the accessibility to the accommodation and the connection to the public transport to Venice (by bus cca 20min.). The accommodation was exceptional, beautifully decorated and very clean rooms with carefully restored pieces of antiquity as well as beautiful paintings. The bad was extremely comfortable. Room with the view to the canal and the street leading to Venice and Padova. Free parking was in the back-yard which meant a lot to us. Fantastic breakfast prepared by the owner with excellent morning coffee and relaxed communication. The owners just made the strongest impression to my wife and me with their kindness, treatment and desire to help in the best possible way to explore the most of our short stay in Venice. A highly recommended place where we will surely return soon to continue our research trip of the beautiful Venice we have just begun! Thank you very much!
