The listing said that parking was included with the apartment, one of the reasons I choose this property over others since we had a car. However, this was not the case and we found this out upon arrival and then had to find a nearby parking garage which was an additional 24€ per day. We never met our host, she communicated only through What’s App, which was a little frustrating arriving without parking and not having a host to greet us. There were a few amenities missing and when we asked the host she never delivered upon our needs.

The location was unbeatable, close to the best restaurants, cafes, bars, and shopping. The apartment was comfortable and clean.

The host was not available neither on Booking.com messages nor via email, ONLY on WhatsApp. She did not replied in any channel but only in WhatsApp which is not so convenient when you want to have an invoice, you want to align something prior to the stay etc. The other problem was: the entrance door was not able to close entirely from indoor. From outdoor it was more or less fine but from indoor only the strap lock operated and not entirely. The door more or less could be closed but not 100% safely.

The apartment looks nice, it is clean and well-organized. The kitchen is well-equipped even for a bigger cooking process, too. The bath is clean and organized but a hair-dryer would be useful. The vicinity is very nice, there is a bar just in 1 minute walk and the downtown is available in 10-15 walk. The street is silent and calm, more luggage stores are available in the near.

It had a cigarette smell as previous guests were smoking and though the host tried to clean everything, the smell was still lingering. Maybe a bit noisy over the weekend nights, but this was expected due to its location so close to the Piazza Maggiore.

Furnishing is partly old. But for that price was totally ok.

There are multiple flats in the building and it can become quite noisy

good place to stay in the Bologna city center. 24h parking opportunity in 3 min walking distance (EUR 24). The apartment was clean and we liked the beds. We did not use the kitchen but believe everything is there. Rather recommend the food in one of the many Bologna eating places :-).

Super location - restaurants, nightlife, and historical sites are all within very easy reach. We basically fell out of the door into food places. Everything from trattorias, to gelato's, to bars and early morning coffees were within a hop-skip-and-a-jump. The kitchen was well-equipped, it was great to have a washing machine after a few days of travel, and the host shared wonderful eating tips.

The apartment is in need of a bit of love. There was a microwave but no power point to plug it in, the freezer was an ice block and unusable, and whilst a great place, overall it would benefit from a bit of attention.

The sofa in the living room was very small, only really allowing one person to sit at a time. The terrace was shared with another apartment that had smokers, so we didn't use it. The 1 bedroom apartment is fairly dark, only opening to the terrace surrounded by other very nearby buildings and an air shaft. The air shaft had nets, trash and a dead pigeon, when we looked out the windows. Kitchen was a little bare, without a small pot for warming milk for coffee and no microwave.

The air conditioning worked well during a heat wave, with one in the bedroom and one in the living room. The location was good with many restaurants on the street, close to the city center, but also close to the train station. The washer worked well and the drying rack was useful on the terrace.

The apartment is in a great location, so close to many restaurants and in the centre of town. Note that the apartment is up two flights of stairs and if you want to use the sofa bed you need to confirm this prior (I didn’t realise this).

Smelled like smoke, even though you are not supposed to smoke there. The decor was nice, but the modern paintings were a little odd. Some flat pillows.

Location was good. Full kitchen with washing machine is nice. Small balcony. A 3/4 wall separated the large bed from the small one. They have everything you need here.

One window was not fully closed - it was missing a handle. Instead, it was just sealed with a tape. Since it was not possible to fully close it without the missing handle, the noise from outside was louder. Also, the floor was a bit dusty.

The location is great, there is self check-in with keys in a small safe, the owner responds quickly and the apartment has everything you need.

Stairs to 1st floor with no elevator, bit uncomfy for those who had to carry staff, stroller etc. In general experience was really good.

Comfortable for 4 people & a baby. Location is great for exploring city's center. Close to the market & sightseeing.
