To pay extra money for the sunbeds by the pool and see is strange..

Stuff is not friendly on the beach… also they tried to charge extra money for staying on the beach in time I was’t there

Compared to 2022 we had massive issues with very slow Wifi in the room and quality in the resort. Phone signal was also very weak for whatever reason. So personaly I had several issues even to send some emails so I had to go to lobby (where it was also slow). We asked for help but sadly there was nothing anyone could have done to help. Wouldn't call it end of the World but nowadays I really expect good hotel internet. Sadly dogs are not allowed on the beach (even though I saw locals with dogs on beach no problem) so we always went 6am to play with the dog and around 7:30-8:00 we usually got kicked out by angry tractorist (not hotel fault).

Hotel has fantastic surroundings, trees, green, you feel like in different World. I really recommend booking rooms in the newer building as they are brand new and very nicely done (no carpet but nice wooden floor). Staff is fantastic always tries to make you feel comfortable and help with your needs. Cleaning ladies are really helpful and you can always talk to them about cleaning time. We even asked for extra blankets and extra towels. We travelled with the dog and its really good hotel for dogs, not only a lot of green but also close to beach and very calm and silent overall. Staff makes sure its always clean everywhere. We have been here in 2022 and this year in 2023 they also added outside sauna and gym. Gym for us was fantastic, open, very "in" with current trends. Lunch at the pool was always very good and taste including drinks and pool was very clean and dinner was worth paying for, really good experience with outside sitting, staff very helpful and nice, food very good. Walk towards beach is really beautiful at this hotel. Beach itself is classic beach, water quality depends on weather. Both bartenders are making kicking good drinks:)

For the people who wants to go to down town, should have to go with car. By bicycle takes 30min go and 30 min back which is great for the people who used to it. You have to pay for swimming pool beds and also sun lounger at beach. As well as towels. Tv channels don’t have bbc or cnn. My room was so small but I was just one so not a big issue for me.

Beautiful hotel, nice decoration, smells nice, great wifi, nice winning pool and beach. Great selection of lounge music plays. Very nice and cozy gym outdoor. Staffs are super nice and welcoming. From reception to bars. I will be back for sure.

Rooms are VERY small. Didn’t care for the nickel and dining with the towel and lawn chair up charges.

everything great. definelty coming back again

one of most stylish hotels in area. very nicely planned territory even its compact. beautiful tree area where you can have sunbed during daytime. amazing friendly and helpful staff. we had small dog and it recieved welcome box with treat, waste bags and shampoo. managers of reception and restaurant super professional.

Coming to this hotel every summer for 13 years, always loved it, but this year they started to charge extra for sun umbrellas at the sea. Its not acceptable for a 875 euro/night accomodation. The new management doesn't appreciate returning guests.

Room was cramped. Was not informed about extra charges to use pool and beach loungers until after booking, then there was a 50% cancellation policy so too late to change mind.

Resort in general and breakfast was very good.

The hotel isn't cheap and yet there seem to be extra charges for everything. Need a beach towel? there is a cost. Want a sunbed? there is a cost and so on. I also find it very strange that there are no a la carte options at the restaurant (lunch or dinner) but only a multi-course menu for 50€ per head. This hotel is geared at families and a lot of the guests had very small children so it is just not realistic to sit through a 4 course menu twice a day

The location of the hotel is great and I love having the pool and the beach there. Breakfast was nice and varied though there used to be slightly higher quality items (i.e. fresh fruit juices etc)
