An old house comes with some flaws such as a smelly drain that I noticed mostly in the morning. The key got stucked when I was opening the door, luckily some guests were still up that time who could let me in. The alley going to the house was dark at night, a lamp with sensor could have helped. I prefer individuality packed coffee than an opened coffee jar for hygienic reason. I got 1 bottled water for my 6 days stay (maybe only 1 was included, I don’t know) but overall wonderful stay!

An old charming guesthouse with a modern touch. I had a spacious room reached by a spiral staircase. If you have balance and knee problem, choose the room at the ground level! The room has aircon and during the summer, this is necessary. The room has been cleaned and the towels were changed daily. Comfortable bed and goodsize pillows. You’ll sleep like a baby. Location is great, near to the buss stop and Metro if you need to take the public transportation. Near to Roma Termini too. There are cafes and restaurants nearby.

Amazing location of the property, In very green and beautiful area. Super close to the Termini Station ( by walk around 15 mins only) and very close to Colosseum. Area surrounded by cozy Enotecas and amazing Pasticceria.

I can imagine that reaching the higher floors might be challenging for some people due to the spiral staircase.

There were no working plugs in the bathroom and no plug for the kitchen sink. Also some lights in the kitchen were not working.

Lovely studio in an old villa surrounded by a wonderful garden in a great location! Comfortable bed, quiet and an efficient airconditioner and a really good Italian coffee at hand.There was a channel on TV with news in English. The personalized checking in was great and added a sense of security.

There is a restaurant on the property that played music with a heavy base that didn’t stop until 2:30 am. Couldn’t sleep. Completely unacceptable. Management of this hotel should really deal with this.

- It’d be great to have curtains on the windows ,- the shutters do not close tightly; - also I’d add extra lighting into bathroom; - it was noisy in the corridor when other guests moved in/out.

- location is great, just in the center - hotel is in the middle of the green park, but on the other side there’re a lot of cafes and places to eat; - two metro stations 5-10 min walk distance; - Colosseo is 10 min away by walk; - Large rooms; - A/C is really helpful; - Perfect price / value ratio.

Everything was good .I have been doing a lot of traveling lately and have done a lot of airbnb, and I find the biggest problem is there needs to be a lot more hooks on walls for use to hang our coat, towels,dressing gowns ,and other thing and more shelves open shelves to put cloths on them more coat hangers .it makes our life easier. Otherwise, the allocation was great, and the bathroom was amazing, with a decent hot water and shower ..

Door locks were not great. Guest needs 2 different keys and card twice to access room. One night the key lock was not working. Thank goodness another guest let us in.

Walking distance to attractions Staff was helpful. Bathroom was large and new!

Magnificent apartment in a house in a private park in the backyard of a palazzo. Spacious and full of light. Quiet paradise steps away from the hustle and bustle of central Rome. Excellent furnishings and decorations. Beds, pillows and linen of high quality.

There was a mistake on our booking and the supervisor wasn’t helpful or understanding our need of time to find another room as we have two children, he asked us to leave as they don’t have additional room for the kids and they refused to do a refund. Also, we paid unexpected city tax €10 per person for each night even for the kids while the cost is not cheap.

The location was v good and the person who mad the check in was very understandable as we arrived late. The room was clean and the place reflected the historical significance of Rome. It’s location was v good and walkable to the attractions.

Lovely setting, room was serviced every day. 12 minutes walk to colloseum and supermarket opposite the main door. Yes, as some of the reviews mentioned, there was noise because of the nearby theatre, but I was able to sleep through it.

The location is not super good because there are not a lot of buses nearby, but it is kind of close to the metro, so it is not a big problem. Also, there is a dance club nearby, which we did hear late at night but not very disturbing
