It should have been cleaner. The garbage from the previous guests was forgotten in the bin, the floor was not thoroughly vacuumed (under the bed, behind the chairs, even under the dining table) and the bathroom had multiple "unknown" hairs, especially in the shower. The extra duvet had multiple stains on it and it seemed really dirty. The late check-in fees are ridiculous.

The view was magnificent and the location was perfect. The house was spacious and well equipped. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Too many tourists groups outside the door in the mornings. No parking near on property. Shower in one of the baths did not drain.

The location was perfect. The restaurants that surrounded us were very good. Showers were great! Views were spectacular.

An outside space would have been lovely, but you can't have everything. The view makes up for it!

The location is excellent for walking around and within a 10 min walk of free parking! The apartment is beautifully appointed with fully equipped kitchen and a wonderful view from the dining table and sitting area. The space is really creatively divided, enabling very good use of an otherwise awkwardly arranged apartment. There were a number of modern solutions to the quirky features of the building.

Great view of the Duomo and historic center. Lot’s of space and in walking distance to all the points of interest. Parking 10 min walk away. The host Luigi was very helpful with suggestions for the area. Perfect for a family of 4 or 5.

The shared spaces were really small for 4 adults, but that is to be expected in a wonderful apartment in the center of a walled city. There was no air conditioning, but there were ceiling fans and a standing fan. This was expected, but air movement was difficult when the temperature was over 90F and there was not an easy airflow. Bathrooms were a bit tight for 6 foot+ tall people, and look larger in the photos.

The property was in an absolutely excellent location! Off the beaten path, but 2 streets from all the action. You could be home from the main square in less than 10 minutes, even at a very slow stroll. We were met almost immediately after calling to say we had arrived. We were showed the space quickly and efficiently and how to use all the necessary appliances in the house. He allowed us to check in early and was very friendly!

The apartment is very cosy and nicely decorated in Tuscan style combined with a modern style. Is very close to city centre - walking distance. Not to mention the amazing view over Sienna. We really appreciated the disponibility of the host and his way of assisting us with surprising our father for his birthday. The host helped us with a surprise in the appartment when we arrived with balloons, birthday messages, champagne, cake and candles. He was always available to answer all of our questions both in relation to the apartment and also get arounds for Sienna. The host also assisted us in booking a table at a very nice restaurant nearby. I totally recommend this accomodation. Thank you for everything!

Neighbors were talking and playing music loudly late at night (Friday night), so recommend earplugs.

The location and view are magnificent in this lovely 2 bedroom apartment. it was very well appointed and our stay was delightful. Nice restaurants, great pizza, and the best view in Siena literally right outside the door. Fantastic apartment! Check in and out process was very smooth and simple.

The Wi-FI didn’t work, the bathroom was leaking water all over the place. The apartment is beautiful but they need to fix some things that doesn’t work

The apartment is above a very loud bar/restaurant and the windows are thin so if it’s a busy night at the restaurant/ bar, it’s impossible to sleep until the bar closes at around 1:30 am. The hosts should have warned us about that.
