Our room was a bit close to reception and thus noise has to be considered both ways.

It was our first time in Rome at a time and Andrea set the tone for the trip perfectly. Very helpful and exceeding the set bar. Location is excellent. Recommend.

Piazzale Flammino is busy and has a subway stop Right in front. It’s not a “charming” square.

Superb service. Andrea and Yvonne were so professional and went out of their way to extend warm and gracious hospitality. Breakfast was very nice. Delivered to room with freshly made croissants and fresh fruit. Room was exceptionally clean.

The room was exceptional for the price we paid - super clean and very attentive staff. The daily breakfast was superb and such a lovely addition to our stay. Andrea and the rest of the team were so helpful, customer service was definitely 5*! Definitely would go back!

Fantastic little find. Great location, and the room was perfect for a family of 3. Everyone was so helpful, but especially Andrea who went out of his way to give us restaurant suggestions, and book airport transfers.

All was good. There were some light ongoing banging noises, which were slightly annoying but not a major issue.

The room was very comfortable and it was a real treat to have breakfast in bed every day. Andrea was very friendly and helpful.

The location of this property is very good - metro, bus, places to eat or the old town is next to the property. Rooms are clean, with nice interior. We also liked the breakfast (it is brought to the room every morning on the request) and the check-in system, no human interaction needed if you come late. We say thanks a lot for the hospitality :)

The noise, unfortunately we are in 2nd floor room number 8, the noise is still annoying even when the window is closed

The breakfast was lovely, brought to our room every morning. The location is fantastic, just outside the walls of Rome so in a relatively quiet area yet near different transport and also within a nice walking distance of the Spanish steps etc. Andrea in reception was extremely helpful, providing great information regarding restaurants and museums and ordered a taxi for us on our departure.

Very friendly and welcoming with breakfast served to the room as an added bonus. Staff were very helpful in giving us maps and recommendations for places to eat which we took full advantage of - their recommendations were perfect. Perfect location - we were able to walk everywhere e.g. the colosseum, the vatican, the trevi fountain, the spanish steps etc.

Everything was good

There was comfortable and friendly. The big plus is that cleaning happened every day. Amazing host, everyone was nice. And also the easiest system for registration the simplest room access system. And finally this is the best location in the city. Not so far from city center, but near the amazing Villa Borgheze.

The apartment needs to be renovated. Arriving in the evening without any welcome was a bit of a damper even though we knew in advance.

Absolutely nothing!

The location is fantastic, the interior is beautiful and the room with the space we had was perfect. Our host Andrea was pleasant, full of information & on hand with any request we had! Nothing was too much trouble & he was simply, the perfect front of house/host. Breakfast was delivered promptly each morning & it was delightful enjoying it each morning overlooking the streets below, whilst planing our day.
