I have never given a 10 before but today is the day This place is beautiful. It’s only 3 rooms , small and quiet Tastefully decorated, comfortable bed , clean smelling sheets Breakfast was lovely Ricardo was so helpful I would highly recommend and stay again

Everything about Casa Tulu was lovely, there is so much attention to detail and the place is really beautiful. The location is really good and is walking distance to the centre of Bologna. The hosts were really lovely and welcoming! The breakfast was also a highlight!

Well located for trains, buses and a straight 20 minute walk to the Maggiore. Decor, facilities and styling that are quirky, practical, fun loving and allow the generously proportioned room to breathe. Great breakfast, served by hosts that are helpful, enthusiastic and attentive without being overbearing. Close to the excellent Pasticceria Cuppi, a busy, but welcoming pastry shop, churning out wonders for pocket change. I don't normally leave reviews, but Casa Tulu was a great way to end a great honeymoon. We were shattered when we arrived after 8 days constantly moving around Europe and initially floored by the intense heat (we are British!) we were wilting when we arrived in Bologna, but Casa Tulu inspired us to enjoy our last full day on tour in Europe to its fullest.

Very original breakfasts, easy check-in, great advice from the host on good restaurants, luggage storage (which is not standard in non-hotels), generally very helpful hosts. Very close to Bologna Centrale Railway Station. Quite close to Piazza Maggiore.

The property is a bit of a walk from the city center and restaurants. The walk is very simple, but after walking around all day the walk back at night got a little long sometimes. With that said, the proximity to the train station was amazing and ultimately the reason why we chose the location. It was a very easy walk (5 minutes or less) with roller suitcases.

Riccardo and Simone have created a beautiful home away from home for travelers to Bologna. Everything is wonderful here, and breakfast is amazing! It’s a short walk from the train station but in a quiet neighborhood. Is very easy to walk to the City Center in 20-25 scenic minutes.

Ricccardo and Simona were wonderful hosts, very attentive and engaging. The B&B was outstanding quality, our room was very spacious and the bathroom was super size, the shower being as big as the whole bathroom in our accommodation in pisa! The breakfast is wonderful with great variety and the cappuccinos are really nice. Gave us sandwiches and fruit juice on our last morning for our very long train journey to Berlin, very much appreciated. The B&B is in a great position for the train station and walks into the city. Will definitely return when next visiting Bologna.

Everything was wonderful!

Ricardo was an excellent host who gave us great recommendations for food and bars. The style of the accommodation was gorgeous. Very comfortable bed and great shower. Breakfast was delicious and a bit different as well. Bologna is a great city - we will be back!

The communication with the owners was excellent. They were so welcoming. They had thought of everything to make a travellers stay perfect. The breakfast was extra special. It is in a great location close to station so not far to walk your luggage and an easy walk into central Bologna. We especially loved the decor
