There were 5 different doors that you had to get through each time you entered and exited the apartment, this was only a minor inconvenience though.

Lovely clean, modern, apartment with great facilities in a great location. Only a few metres from the new town but still nice and quiet at night-time. Lovely host who gave us lots of tips and information about the area.

Everything was as it is in the pictures. The location is very good, close to the train station and to the center of the Dawntown. Chita Alta is also within walking distance. Valentina is very kind and helpful. I highly recommend the place!

It was humid in the apartment.

Casa vacanza Valentina is a lovely place in the heart of Bergamo. We enjoyed our stay really much. We got everything that we needed during our stay, and Valentina was always ready to help! She is really kind and a great host.

Everything was perfect.

I think Valentina was one of the best hosts we had (and we are frequent travelers). The apartment is just as it is shown in the pictures and the location is central close to the train station and the funicular that goes to Citta Alta.

Valentina & Gianluca met us at the property to explain the keys and show us around the apartment. Lovely touches with the Sicilian biscuits and the jelly's along with some teabags and coffee sachets. Fabulous shower and large bathroom. Numerous restaurants and bars in the locality, 20 minute walk to the train and the funicular. Short walk to Porta Nuova where you can get the number 1 bus to Citta Alta and to the airport.

Valentina is a very caring attentive host and has thought of everything to make your stay a good one. Very Good Location for Train Stn Airport Bus and Sight Seeing. The Shower is amazing if your Tall or Large its perfect and love A good Chunky Towel.

The apartment is in the city centre, just a few metres from amazing bars, restaurants and shops, about 10-15 minutes walk from the train station. As for the apartment, it is spacious, new and clean! 10/10 If it couldn't get any better Valentina's hospitality surpassed all our expectations - very helpful and friendly, we felt at home, definitely recommend and we certainly didn't stay at Casa Vacanza for the last time. Once again a big thank you and see you again! ☺️

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Valentina, the place is so cozy and welcoming, situated in the centre of Bergamo, near all kinds of restaurants and shops. We only stayed for 3 days, but the apartament has all the facilities to make a longer stay enjoyable. Also, Valentina was an amazing host, so kind and helpful, she really tried her best to give us tips to make our trip memorable.

Faultless.

What a fabulous experience from start to finish. Valentina was an attentive host and nothing was too much trouble. She allowed us to leave our luggage at the apartment as we arrived earlier than the check in time which was really helpful. The apartment was very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The air conditioning was welcomed during the heatwave and much appreciated especially after a long day exploring. The shower was super and the toiletries were a bonus! We did not cook in the apartment but used some of the equipment for snacks and you couldn't wish for any more. We loved the little cat who lives next door, very shy but we did catch a few glimpses on our way in and out. Bergamo is a fantastic city and Valentina'place is in a great location to explore the surrounding Milan area. Close to trains and buses and the funicular up to the old town. We hope to return at another time to enjoy some of the things we missed this time. Thankyou Valentina! ❤️

Modern, clean and fully equiped apartment in good location, close to many bars, restaurants, shops, pharmacy ... Owner Valentina was really helpfull, she also let us leave our luggage before check in time. Communication with her was amazing, she gave us many usefull tips what to do in this area. We really enjoyed our stay here and we will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Black-out blind in the bedroom might be useful to some people if they are sensitive to a bit of light coming from the outside. We slept with no disturbance though. There is 1 flight of stairs that might cause an issue to travellers with heavy suitcases, but we only had backpacks with us. I would also prefer a soft-close cupboards in the kitchen as I kept accidently making noise, but not too much of an issue and it might be me just being used to that system.

It was a short, but a perfect stay. Valentina was a lovely host and gave us a lot of useful tips for Bergamo. Apartment had everything you can imagine for a comfortable visit. It was very nicely decorated, with lots of personal touches. Everything was spotless clean. Location was perfect for catching the bus to the airport, short walk from the train station, as well as near lots of restaurants & shops of downtown Bergamo. Comfortable bed and great shower (very nice toiletries). There was a tasty coffee for the machine too. Very well-explained check-in & check-out with clear contact from Valentina prior of our arrival. Wish we could have stayed longer, but would definitely book again when in Bergamo in the future! :)

Despite of the fact Bergamo was only a transfer between my trips and I spent only one night there, I had the best time at Casa vacanza Valentina. Everything's exactly as in pictures, super clean and lovely property. Perfect location quite near the main train station - went by foot and had a lovely walk (10 minutes or something). The host Valentina - one of the most friendly and helpful hosts I ever experienced. I used the self check-in option, that's why had some practical questions and Valentina always was really quick on WhatsApp and without any problem gave me all the assistance I needed. Almost had the feeling that we are some old friends :)) Just a personal advice to other travellers - since there is a few different gates and a few different keys you need to use to enter the property, don't use the self check-in option if it's not an absolute necessary. You can save yours and the host's time by checking in the usual face-to-face way. :)))) So it's a well deserved 10/10 from me, definitely recommend the property. Grazie mille, Valentina 🍷🇮🇹

Nice, clean and well-proportioned apartment with all you need. Just outside the city center in a quiet location, yet close to several good restaurants and relatively close to the railway station and airport bus. Absolutely recommended.
