The location was great. Its a 5 to 7 min water boat ride from the island to the main land...very efficient pick and drop. The calm atmosphere of the hotel was perfect for a relaxed holiday.

Breakfast was very nice and tasty, but there was no vegetable present at all.

Very good locality, only 10min away from st.Marco's square. Beautiful area, you are living in the park, it is very peace an quiet. It is possible to visit the cafe/bar or restaurant. Lovely views all around! Recommend this place to stay for sure :)

Staff was always polite but depends on who's on duty either didn't understand us and sometimes didn't really want to care about our requests. Buildings and rooms partially renovated, parts also pretty worn off Equipment of deluxe room very basic. Small TV, water Kettle but no tea, coffee or even cups/glasses. Poor choice for Breakfast. Machine coffee really bad for Italian standards. Juices thin and sweetened.

Awesome location. Good restaurant on-site for dinner. We'll maintained park.

Great location next to main Venice plaza. Only 15min by Ferry, away from the crowds. Perfect, quiet island. Good restaurant. Recommend if you would like to enjoy Venice but stay away from crowds at night.

I was not satisfied with the toilet, it was very sloppy for such a beautiful place. It was old and the shower holder was broken. The cleaning wasn't bad, but I expected it to be better for a place like this.

First of all, I must say that all the employees are perfect, helpful and very kind. This is a very calm, peaceful island. There is a lush green walking path where you can hear birds chirping, surrounded by magnificent views on all sides. Don't let the location of the hotel fool you, you can go to Venice and back in 10 minutes by ferry. Their restaurants also serve delicious lunch and dinner.

No coffee in the rooms means the kettle that they provide you with is completely useless.

Location of the hotel on a little island a 10-minute water bus ride from St Mark's Square is great - it means you're outside of the hustle and bustle of Venice but it doesn't take long to get to thick of it. You just need to make sure that you time things right with the water bus. The room was pretty basic but did the job. Plenty of choices at the breakfast too.

Only the limited access. There was only one waterbus per hour, but you could get a water taxi. Beware the congested waters of the lagoon may make your journey a little uncomfortable. Also the shower in the bathroom could have been more thoroughly cleaned.

The location away from the centre of Venice was a breath of fresh air after the busy city. The gardens were lovely and relaxing too and fragrant with flowering trees.

No heat in the rooms, the centralized heating system was turned off on april 15, this would usually not be a problem except for a sudden very cold spell of four days July and august could be challenging with no ac here

Good breakfast, washer and dryers available-buy soap at the cafe for one euro, boat transfer on #20 every 30 minutes except in tbe later evening when it is once an hour until 12:30a.m

Breakfast stuff was unfriendly, but breakfast was good.

Atmosphere, not a stuffy hotel with interior air conditioning, there is garden, open air, trees, see air and the main building.
