Beautiful old monastery building with simple clean accommodation and a good quality breakfast, convenient parking a short walk from the old centre of Volterra.

Having a few pesky mosquitos in the room was the only criticism we can think of.

Large spacious rooms in this stunning old convent. Dining semi-alfresco in the cloister courtyard was very atmospheric. Evening meals and breakfast were excellant, a good range on offer. The staff were fantastic and our many cicycles were safely stored in an on-site garage. They also have a charging station for e-bikes.

Great location walking distance to walled town. Accommodation is really amazing and courtyard and mural on restaurent wall is great. The staff are fantastic and really help. Had a meal whilst we were there that was really good

The lorries along the narrow road very early in the morning were very disruptive. It would have been nice to have fresh fruit available in the morning.

The premises were beautiful and it was great to eat in the evening there and have breakfast. The staff were helpful, it was very relaxing. The owls were great!!

There were some problem getting some european adaptors into the O Italian sockets

The location was great. It was really quiet and just 10 to 15 mins from the centre. The staff were really helpful both before the stay and when we were there. We had good meal one evening we were there. The accommodation had great charactor having been a covent previously

The hotel is a 20minute walk to the town but the tree-lined road is very pretty. I would have given top marks but the only small snag was some mosquitos in the bedrooms.

Beautiful converted convent with cloister gardens. We had lots of bicycles which they stored in a locked garage, also they have charging stations for e-bikes. The restaurant food was excellant and fair price, it was great to buy drinks at the bar to chill in the gardens. Rooms are quite large, high ceilings. Good breakfast included too.

Volterra is a small city that you should not miss during your visit to Tuscany. This property was a good choice for our family of 4. Breakfast was very good and the rooms are super spacious. Great value for money. Staff was very kind too. Plus: parking spots in place.

The air conditioning and hot water were a little unreliable at times, but not enough to spoil our holiday. Some fresh fruit at breakfast would be nice.

A lovely hotel: peaceful and very atmospheric. The staff were lovely and very helpful. We had my mother with us, who is disabled, so we ate in the restaurant each night, The food and service were very good. There was plenty of parking. The rooms were spotless and with plenty of space. We would definitely recommend.
