How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Gesture of reception.. my check out time was 11 am.. but as my flight from Rome is around 4 pm.. they allowed to stay till 12 pm.. and arrange taxi transfer to airport at 12 pm..

my room near the building entrance.
My room 301 was near the building entrance therefore each time someone is entering, you wake up. the bed is comfortable and the room clean. there is a shuttle available from the T3 of FCO. it cost about 9E. You should book from the hotel website.

They charged 7 euros per person for the tourism tax, even though when I made the reservation, it said the cost was 3 euros per person. As usual for Latin American people, we wanted eggs for breakfast. The receptionist said we could have eggs if we ordered 30 min in advance. Even though we ordered 1 hour in advance, the man at the cafeteria refused to prepare the eggs and he was not polite. Anyway, the breakfast options were tasty but only sweet.
very beautiful and classic. We checked in after midnight without an extra charge. The receptionist was very kind and welcoming. The room was quite clean and comfortable.

Reaching through public transport to hotel is so hard. Has to cross highways yo reach!!
Very near to airport and they arrange a shuttle for 7 euros which is good. If you don't want miss the fight and stay nearby fco airport.Then this is it

The last shuttle service from the airport to hotel is at 22:30 if couldnt get that the taxi charges 30 euros.
Excellent hotel to stay near the fumicino airport good for the late night arrivals. The staff at the reception is very nice and cooperative. Neat and clean room. Breakfast is also fine.

Lodging was a block from main building so had to walk with luggage down the street. Noisy guests that I had to ask to be quiet in the halls
Had a restaurant on the property and dinner was delicious. Breakfast was a variety of homemade goodies. Gentleman at Check in was personable and helpful and enjoyable to chat with but others were not. It was an older hotel and I felt like I was in a museum with the paintings on the wall and displays around.

The man who worked at the desk in the morning was a jerk. Very rude!
The location is very close to the airport which is what I wanted. Lots of choices at breakfast. The man at the desk when I arrived around 11 PM was very friendly

Pretty long way from the other hotel body to the reception, but it was mentioned in the description so it was no surprise. All good in other words.

room is very small and the shower in the bathroom was very tiny.
my stay in this hotel was due to a over-night connection in Fiumicino Airport. the room was clean but very small, I had a big luggage and the only way I could open it was by placing it in front of the frige - so that I couldn't open the fridge... the furniture is a bit old, but still okay. the bed was not very comfortable, but it's okay for a single night stay, I guess. Breakfast is very good, a lot of cakes, but poor choise for salty breakfast. the shuttle to the airport is very useful!

Our flight was cancelled due to a ground staff strike at the airport and we needed accommodation at short notice for 1 night. The price for 1 night was very expensive.
Convenient to Fuimicino Airport and a restaurant on site. Also a shuttle available to take us to the airport at 4.30am.

Window in room was broken. There is a disco across the alley that was very loud well into the night.

we arrived at night and had got lost. Could not enter the Main gate while standing in front of them so rung and the person did not understand , they thought we were at another gate. a little confusing nothing to dramatic but after a long flight it was a bit much.
