Staff were exceptionally nice and made us feel special. We had the two bedroom suite and our view and terrace were beyond our expectations! We also loved the breakfast (tons of pastry options every morning) although we could have used some more savory options.

The hotel entrance is very close to the road. We Had a late check out and needed a room to shower and change at after a day at the beach but we were charged to use a very small shower room. I have never been charged for this service by other hotels and the room facilities were also much better quality.

The view from our room was breathtaking! The room was spacious The rooftop restaurant was lovely and the staff were very welcoming.

The shower would've been wonderful if the water pressure was boosted. A larger variety of dinner items on the menu at the hotel restaurant would've been nice too since we decided to eat at the restaurant one night. And if the barista wasn't in a bad mood. He was banging at the coffee machine all night ! But our waitress was sweet and kind.

Cheerful and nice staff. Incredible ocean front view. Van transportation (for small fee) to the center of Maiori was great because we were so full after dinner and didn't want to walk up the road back. Reliable wi-fi.

The aircon in the room was loud and not very effective. The decor of the rooms and throughout hotel is a bit old school. The pool closed at 6pm. Considering we were there in middle of summer it seemed crazy that the pool would close so early and then was up until 8pm. It was disappointing to moved on from the pool area after buying multiple bottles of alcohol and then within about 30mins was moved on.

The property offered two restaurants but usually only 1 open at a time. This made it convenient. They have an on-site rooftop pool which has a fantastic view. The floor near the pool does get extremely hot. The room was spacious enough for 2 people with luggage. The staff were very helpful with storing our rental car and assist with receiving a package on my behalf. The location is adjacent to town, it is not in the Main Street. It is about 20 min walk to the port from the hotel and about 10min walk to the Main Street.

Pool a little small and pool closed crazy early at 6pm on very hot days. Transfer vehicle arranged by the hotel was old and a/c didn’t work - expensive for the service provided.

Great location, staff were extremely helpful. The team went above and beyond providing transport to hospital after an injury. All in all a great stay.

Be sure to book into one of the restaurants early if you want to eat there. We didn't on the first night and were therefore unable to eat there, and we met people the following night who also missed out. They cater okay for gluten allergy but not as well as other hotels and restaurants nearby.

The view is great, day and night. The breakfast was excellent, and the dinner was fantastic. The sun deck is nice as is the pool, although it's not really suitable for swimming, just for cooling off and relaxing. The room was comfortable with a small balcony that caught the sun until sunset. The WiFi was very good and the staff were great (and very responsive on their WhatsApp channel).

Location was a little bit annoying. Needed to walk up and down on the main road to get into town and the beach which was a bit dangerous. But worth it for the views. Its was also located across from a wedding venue so every night there was music/bands playing very loudly into the early hours of the morning making it very difficult to sleep and then if you did mange to fall a sleep you they would set off firecrackers at the end of the wedding waking you up literally with a bang Which went on for ages!!!

The views from the room and pool/restaurant are amazing!!!! Rooms were big and clean, perfect for us travelling with kids. Best there is in the Amalfi!

I was disappointed with the wicker furniture in the living area space. Could have had something comfortable to relax on. I was very disappointed with the pool hours. One day the staff had to ask about 10-15 adults to leave a pool on a 90 degree day because it closed at 6 for cleaning. The benefit of the pool is to come back after a long day of adventure. If that many people are still in the pool, doesn’t seem the right time to be closed. One day it closed at 5pm!

The resort is in a beautiful location - the views are fantastic! The front desk staff was amazing. The breakfast had a nice variety.

The private beach, the steps were unsafe and the beach was very crowded. I think there is a second beach that can be used which may be more easily accessible but we only went to the beach one day. Need to take boats or buses to Amalfi to get to other locations such as Positano or Ravello. If your staying put in Maiori & Minori it’s not an issue.

View, room, breakfast and staff were excellent. The hotel is on the cliff so to get to the beach you must descend. One of the private beaches requires descending (& the return climb up) about 75 steps of uneven stone to get to and from the beach. If weddings are being held at the hotel, the pool is unavailable for the day. The shuttle bus is very helpful for a nominal charge to drive into the center of Maiori or to go to Minori and the staff go out of there way to accommodate guests.

The hotel charges $10 for driving from the hotel to the boat dock which is literally walking distance. This service should be a free shuttle accommodation for hotel guest. Also the breakfast buffet is not worth $25.

Loved the stunning views from the balcony. The bed was very comfortable and the staff very helpful.
