Only thing was a problem with the shower and the pillow but they helped me with another one and fixed the shower immediately.

Really good room with an amazing view to Venezia Canal! Bathroom is really spacious. Nice location, near to most famous places (5-10min walking). Staff really friendly and the overall was amazing.

if your room looks onto the vaporetto station there’s quite a bit of noise all day and most of the night. the air conditioning in the room can’t be permanently turned off, it turns itself on automatically after a while.

staff is very friendly, bathrooms are newly renovated and everything works perfectly. good location right next to vaporetto station fondamente nove. it’s quite peaceful, you don’t hear much from the neighboring rooms.

The location was excellent, the room was cleaned daily, and the staff was super helpful, we had late check-in because our flight was delayed, and the person stayed longer just for us!

The location is excellent; it's right off the Venetian Lagoon, a stone's throw from the ferry we took from the mainland to Venice, and a short walk to the center of town. The room had a view over the water. The staff was friendly and always ready to help and answer questions. There were free breakfasts, and there was a restaurant with great prices next door, which is especially good if you're dying of hunger after a full day in town.

The noise of sea traffic starting very early in the morning

The location was great, the sea view was great, the breakfast was good and had an agreement with a nice cafe nearby, the beds were clean but small.

Towels were not changed when they were placed in the tub and were put up back on the racks. That was quite disappointing. The shower needs a bit of renovation.

The breakfast was espresso\cappuccino, croissant and juice. The croissant was EPIC! The location of The two storey apartment is perfect! Just infront of the water and also ferry station. The apartment was spacious and well setup. The beds were comfortable, there was a large dining table and decent kitchen. The ACs are strong enough to cool the place.

It was sooo hot and the air con wasn’t working, we had to sleep with the windows open and as a result we were all bitten by mosquitoes.

Good location, quiet, great views, lovely croissants and coffee for breakfast.

Air conditioner was not working very well it was very noisy so I havent used it. There is no lift so you have to use upstairs, dont bring very heavy luggage. Bed would be better.

Lovely window view I was able to see Murano, old&historical building, kind and helpful staff. Its very easy to reach from the airport. Good location.

The apartment was perfect for a stay in Venice. It is easily reachable, all sights are in walkable distance. The apartment we had was cosy, clean and had everything you need including a washing machine. We would definitely come back.

The hotel is located on the remote side of the main island, and it's really dark around at night. It's not convenient to go to any other places on the island (train station, palazzo, bell tower, biennale, etc.) The bed in the single is actually a bunk bed with the upper one folded so the sleeping experience is not the best. The breakfast is provided at the counter, and you have to stand while having it.

The room is actually part of a college dormitory. Although the building is old, the interior is new and modern. The room is clean. There's a vending machine on the ground floor.

There was no fridge in room. Couldn't master the shower! Entrance to shower is very narrow. There is no lift!

The beds and pillows were extremely hard and uncomfortable and the shower was very small.

The apartment was very clean and the location was fantastic. We enjoyed the breakfast that was included. It wasn't much but it was delicious.

The hotel is bit faraway from main attraction points, Either you can walk or take ferry. Inside hotel No Bar, no canteen, no fridge. In a day time you will get restaurants but in night, it’s quite challenging if you have small kid.

The hotel is just in front of the ferry stop (Airport and Normal) which helps me to board ferry for everywhere. I got the sea view room which made my journey amazing. Nice walking street and calm place to enjoy your evening.

No lift / elevators so difficult to take luggage upstairs. Not suitable for seniors and physically less able people. Also no room service

It located at a very convenient place near to water boat station and walking distance from attractions. Veiw from the window is picturesque.

The receptionist seemed a bit in a rush when doing the check- in and then when I requested some information. But maybe was something specific that happened during my stay. He was still friendly.

Apartment was clean and in good conditions. Beds were very comfy, place well located and friendly staff.
