It's a very small building. The stairs are very tight and the breakfast area is small as well. The bathroom was very big but the shower was too small. It was strange to have that much space and not use it in the shower.

The breakfast was the very best thing we had. It had everything we needed and was very fresh. The young lady working at that hour was lovely. The rooms are ok and we slept very well. Of course the wall features where you see the bricks are awesome. The garden is lovely.

Nothing. The walk back from the centre felt safe even late at night, and was easy to navigate.

The nymph and goblin paintings were a bit creepy, may not be to everyone's taste. We hid them with drapes from the four-poster!

Great welcome and free coffee on arrival was much appreciated! Very good breakfasts. Excellent staff support and genuine hospitality. Very nice large bathroom and big bath as well. Parking easily available on the street outside. Not far from centre of Lucca, which is a great place to visit. Even got to hear much of the Bob Dylan concert too..

Reception only manned from 3pm. Lack of information on locked main door on arrival and no one answered bell. Although parking outside hotel - you had to reverse out onto a busy main road.

Friendly welcoming staff. Quaint rustic room. Sweet garden and pond in which to sit and enjoy breakfast.

The breakfast was only from 08:00, it was too late for us - we also made trips outside of Lucca, so we didn´t wait for the breakfast.

The guest house is furnished very sensitively down to every detail. It's very nice.

Very friendly staff, beautiful location and charming theme for the rooms - the gnomes and fairytale characters. The breakfast was amazing! The staff was very nice, attentive and lovely to chat with. Free parking is available in front of the B&B on both sides of the street so that was comfortable.

the rush hour in Lucca caused some problem when trying to get to the hotel. maybe there was an accident, i don't know, but we were blocked for half an hour at the same spot.

the place is about 1.5 km from the walls of the inner city. walking is better when going back to the downtown in the evening. parking at the hotel is okay. breakfast nice. the rooms and decoration amazing. we liked it very much.

Our room was facing the street and it was very difficult to sleep due to the rumor of the cars passing on the street. please change the windows to double glass windows. This will make your place a fairy tail!

Massive traffic at the road nearby so quite noisy. The bead was very soft... I prefer hard bed... but it's small things.🙂

It is a distance from train station if arriving by train, so need to catch taxi and a good 15-20 min walk from Porto Elisha into walled city.

Stayed for 3 nights and had absolutely beautiful stay. Like being in a fairy tale and delightful to spot each hidden gnome or fairy. Bath was fantastic, especially after alot of walking and cycling. Shower has good pressure and water hot. Bed is memory foam and comfortable, however after a while it depresses alot and not very supportive for larger framed people. Two choices of pillows, which was great. A delicious breakfast is provided each morning including espresso/cappuccino which I loved. Staff were so friendly and so accommodating to needs.

Bed and cushions are made of memory foam. Some love it but for me it only made it difficult to sleep, since my body was slowly sinking into the mattress and when I changed position it would keep the previous position shape for a long time...

Furniture was truly amazing, even more in person than in the pictures! Big bathroom and the tub in the room is sure a plus, even though I didn't use it. Double bed to sleep in, with those lovely curtains that give a medieval look to the room
