The noise from the piazza, especially late at night, can be annoying. We were there on a Friday and Saturday night and it was very lively until the early hours of the morning.

The location couldn’t have been better. The building was built in the 15th century and offers lovely suites overlooking the piazza. The staff was very helpful and always available.

A little pricey.

We loved everything!

My family loved everything about our stay in this magnificent 2-bedroom palatial apartment! We felt happy and lucky to be surrounded by old world elegance and awake in morning in large and comfy bed looking up at fresco ceilings and Murano chandelier, relax in the afternoon on the club chairs and sofa with sun streaming through stain glass windows, and wind down in the evening with an Aperol Spritz on the flower filled balcony overlooking the piazza. It was also great to have so much space to spread out. Entrance area and hallway with stain glass doors amazing. The second room with 2 beds was beautiful and fabulous. Kitchen and 2 bathrooms so convenient. I literally did not want to leave! But when we did, the staff was so friendly and helpful with recommendations, directions, and transportation. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Verona!

Can’t really complain but the suite was literally in the piazza (which is one of the best things about this suite) so you can expect a lot of noise at night! But fortunately, the staff had thought about that and had put earplugs in the vanity kits! I don’t like earplugs because they never fit me but theirs were surprisingly comfortable and blocked the noise out completely for a good night’s sleep

Very very helpful staff! can’t thank them enough for their kindness. The room was bigger than we had anticipated and had that beautiful old palace feel to it! The terrace was out of this world! Perfect location and just a great property all in all!

Stayed for our mini moon after our wedding. Our experience was utterly outstanding the staff could not have done more from collecting us from the airport to organising transfers to Venice. Couldn’t recommend more perfect location perfect setting probably the most romantic accommodation I’ve ever stayed in. Thank you for all your help!

Amazing location, beautiful classic Italian interior. Made all my friends jelous with the photos. The location was amazing, it overlooks the main square, watch any youtube guide to Verona and you'll see the apartment window in all of them! The staff were lovely too. Sometimes places in city centres can be snooty, but the staff really went above and beyond from meeting us in the Piazza to valet our car until storing and carrying our bags when we left.

- There was no hair dryer in the room.

- The location is perfect. It is in the center and close to many restaurants. - The style of the fur is was classic and makes you feel like you live in a Royal establishment. - We were able to do most major monuments on foot thanks to the hotel location. - The staff was professional and nice.

Parking is a ten minute walk away in secure underground parking at a cost of about €20 per 24hours. However, this made clear by the host from the outset. Also, it’s unlikely you would find on street parking anywhere nearer for less cost so this is not really a gripe. The ‘Mini-bar’ is the fridge and is crammed to the gun-whales with drinks and snacks so if you prefer to do your own catering during your stay you will have to remove most of the goodies already occupying the space or ask the helpful staff to have them removed for you. It would have been nice to have a couple of small chairs available in the room to sit out on the narrow balcony.

Fabulous value for money. Spacious accommodation with an enormous and comfortable bed. Furnishing was perhaps a little contrived but very nicely put together to provide a wonderfully tasteful ambiance. Location (for us) was wonderful. Two nights overlooking the Piazza for a spot of people watching. can be noisy with the buzz of life with the balcony windows open but quiet enough with the windows closed and air conditioning to keep things comfortable. Everything is to hand from this central location and I couldn’t recommend it too highly for a very fine stay at a fantastic price. The staff here, too are very attentive and friendly.

Having to leave and come home ! Everything was perfect. I cant fault a single thing.

The property was just gorgeous ! Fantastic loaction right in the middle of Piazza Erbe. Our apartment had a balcony which overlooked the piazza so just amazing to sit and people watch with a glass of local Valpoliccella! The apartment included a small kitchen and a lovely little sitting area. Staff all so friendly and helpful !Cant wait to go back !!

Very very little here - the only thing would be that there were no English language TV channels to watch - but Chris was already on this and they are in the process of switching cable providers and will have English, as well as updated TVs shortly

This was very possibly the best hotel I have stayed in ever (and I stay a good deal in hotels). In fact, it was basically a B&B but a hotel! The room - or actually the 1-bedroom apartment was great - large King bed, plenty of room in the bedroom, a sitting area with 2 leather chairs and a balcony - and that was only the bedroom! The dining room was great, the living room even better, and a full kitchen and large bathroom rounded out the "suite"/apartment! Oh, forgot the 2nd balcony off of the dining room! The location of the hotel was perfect - between Piazza Erbe and Dante in the middle of the old town. VERY easy walk to any of the sites in Verona. Chris was great - contacted me before we came to be sure we were all set, was available always if not on the property then by texting. The space was made up each day and we never ran out of supplies!

I didn’t want to leave

Everything. It had the wow factor when we walked in. Old /Art Deco style and super clean and functional. Balcony is amazing overlooking the piazza where the market and many bars and restaurants are. Very comfortable, complimentary tea, coffee, toiletries. our host was very helpful and available. Location was perfect.
