Staff does not help you with luggage and is not so friendly, breakfast has a lot of cakes, toilet needs to reload water to be flushed again.

The hotel has what you need, but has no atmosphere. Staff doesn't talk much, the hotel is very quiet, although it has a lot of potential to be a nice hotel. Free parking, quiet area.

No restaurant although stated, but no bar (not stated). Both of these or at least a bar would have been handy after leaving the busy centre and getting back to unwind. The location (if you didn't have your own transport) is a bit of an issue

The hotel was nice and easy to find. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was ok, not spacious but not small but had air con which was nice. It states a restaurant, but it doesn't have one, it only serves breakfast - which we didn't have due to the start times and the trips we had planned so we can't comment on that. There is no lift and whilst there are rooms on the ground floor, ours was on the 1st floor with the room facing the back. We booked this hotel due to private parking (of which there was lots of space), so we knew that it wasn't in the centre or really near to the centre of Rome. There were details of which bus etc to take to get to the nearest amenities which seemed to be busy when we passed through them (bars). We found a nice place to eat a short walk away.

The hotel is just the perfect place for me when visiting Rome. Its location suits me, and I simply feel at home...the staff is always helpful and friendly...always willing to help...their approach is very family type although It's a more sort of business facility I have been always treated in a warm respectful manner..I have nothing negative to express about my stay.

Perhaps the shower device needs to be looked at for maintenance or replacement.

The staff is very attentive and helpful. The room was spacious and illuminated. The breakfast offers a good variety. My special requests were covered. Overall, the hotel is in pretty good condition and fitted my purposes perfectly.

The location was horrible. The hotel was horrible. They had no lift. My room was extremely tiny and dirty. It looks like the hotel is run down in a bad neighborhood. As soon as I walked inside my room, I turned around and walked downstairs, because they had no lift and gave my key back. Then I proceeded to book another hotel room from that hotel. I could not stay at this hotel.

Italian hotels have a high hygiene standard in general, this one I think opened less than 10 years ago so everything is in immaculate conditions.

My wife and I had booked this hotel in October, however the photos online were nothing like what the hotel actually looked like. The attached photo actually shows roller shutters on all balconies , which could not be open or removed, which was not advertised at all! We discussed asking for a new room however thought these must be in place for our safety. Trying to sleep at night there were groups of people making noise on the street all night, and when I woke up in the morning I was covered in red, swollen bite marks which looked to me as if they were bed bugs. These are still visible nearly 2 weeks after arriving at the Joe. Not as advertised on the web pages, would not recommend staying here at all!

Slightly noisy on the inside with voices coming in from the corridor and water flushing sounds from other rooms. But the outside was well insulated against the street noise of Rome.

Good quality interior and bedding and a very decent breakfast. great big parking lot and easy to find entrance, perfectly located on the crossing with Via Nomentana.
