We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

HungaryIt was very peaceful and quiet until other guests didn't arrived. Due to the open stareway every noise coming from the reception and the from dining area became extremely disturbing. Putting a glas door on the top of the starecase might help this problem. We could also hear everything from other rooms. People were talking and laughing laud until 24:30 at night, others also didn't pay attention to those who wanted to sleep or just relax or pray in the evening. A sign at different places on the walls saying that silence is recomnended after 10 pm. would make many people's stay much nicer at your hotel.
We were able to check in earlier than as it was indicated. All of the pesonell were very kind and helpful. Distance to the church was optimal. Breakfast was in Italian style and measure as well, but for pilgrims was sufficiant. Room with balcony made our stay comfortable.

The host was very accommodating. We arrived early and were given a room immediately. We asked to extend our stay, and there were no issues. They attended to us without any problems. All our queries were answered. Breakfast was good

United StatesCheck in process has room for improvement. The door to the building was closed and we couldn’t check in. Had to call a number and waited for 15 minutes for someone to show up to unlock the door to let us in.
Gaetano was great in checking us in. The restaurant he recommended for lunch at St Margarethi was excellent. We were given a discount for lunch. Best of all, the food tasted so good. Thank you Gaetano for transporting us to the restaurant and then back to hotel. It was nice of you to do that.

PhilippinesThe hotel was well situated near enough to the bus station. It was also across a restaurant that served very good local food. We were received very well despite arriving a bit late in the night. The breakfast was simple but good and the second serving of good cappuccino was a welcome bonus. The reception staff was very helpful and friendly as well.
