Sometimes noise travelled from the hallway into the room which could be disturbing at night. I was however in the first room on the first floor by the stairs and so probably noticed it more than most.

Modern, very comfortable and right in the centre of the city, Hotel Doria is the perfect base from which to explore Genoa. The staff were also extremely friendly and very helpful - I’d stay again in a heartbeat.

The room was lovely and comfortable, with a modern refurbishment. The only thing that could have improved the stay was having a small fridge in the room. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location is very good, being right near Piazza Garibaldi and a short walk to the port area. Would stay here again if ever in Genoa.

Room was small with little storage space for clothes.

Reception team were friendly and helpful. Room was modern (refurbished) with very good shower and quality towels and shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, etc.. Bed was very comfortable. Entry to the hotel main entrance at night and our room was by pin code so no keys to carry. Location was very good except access from main road was by stairs. There is a way around past the Britannia Pub (worth a visit). turn 1st left down a little alleyway and left again.

We arrived on bikes with all our gear, a day earlier than planned. The staff we more than happy to change our booking and even upgraded us given all our gear for a small price. The staff even looked after storing our bikes while we explored the city and overnight. A great hotel centrally located and a great experience all round. Would recommend to anyone visiting Genoa

The hotel is in the city center and in walkable distance from all sights. It is a new, very nice hotel, the room was clean and everything was comfortable there. Very good shower and hairdryer. Public parking is very close to the hotel if you travel by car. We also liked the breakfast area, which is at the rooftop of the hotel. Basic, but good breakfast.

the hotel was excellent value for money. great location extremely friendly and helpful staff. rooms were clean and the breakfast was great value - we were a little apprehensive - people had given mixed opinions on the city. we loved it the culture the palaces, museums food weather and music. we thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend.

The room was larger than I expected, very clean and comfortable bed. The bathroom also very clean and everything I needed provided. Breakfast was good, I was able to order fresh fruit salad which was excellent. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. Location also excellent, very close to de Ferrari square with the big fountain so good for navigation!

There was no bidet in my room (they told me there is one in all the other rooms) and no desk, even small. Having breakfast outside was a small inconvenience for me, as I have the habit of having breakfast first thing in the morning and then going back to my room to brush my teeth, etc. The real problem, however, was that the room was really too hot, where the temperature seemed to be adjustable but in practice was not. I hope this problem will be fixed, as I intend to go there again in the future. Luckily, I had a shower cap with me; it would be nice to provide one and some tissues as well.

This cosy hotel is in a fantastic location in the city's centre; it is in one of the famous Genova's "caruggi", very near the main square, so every place is easily reachable on foot or by bus. The room was small but looked good; the bed was really comfortable. The price is very reasonable, especially for that area. The breakfast is served in a nearby nice cafeteria.
