Perfect accommodation in the center of Florence! :) A boutique hotel. The host was very friendly and helpful. We arrived later because of the traffic jam, but he waited for us. There is a kitchen with everything that you need in it. The rooms are big enough. The bathrooms are perfect. When visiting Florence, definitely will book it again. Thank you for making our vacation more enjoyable. :)

There were no towel rails in the bathroom. It looks like a "conspiracy" as I have found this issue in many hotels :-). The street is generally quiet but noisy early in the morning.

The room is excellently located close to all the objectives in the central area. It is 10 minutes from the train station where you can take the tram to the airport as well. We received an update so we had a lot of space. There is access to a shared kitchen. Paolo sent us all the necessary information on Whatsapp. Communication with him was easy and pleasant.

We did have some issues with the air-con that made a couple nights very hot to sleep but the host was good at trying to sort it for us.

The location is very convenient—-it’s just around 300 meter to the duomo, right in the Lorenzo piazza, and walking distance to almost any attractions. However, it is very quiet at night. Paulo is super nice—- he waited for me even though I was late for my original said time. He explained everything clearly, even helped me to operate the Italian electric gas range. The room is super clean, bed is comfortable, and the shared kitchen is added plus. Two Grocery markets are just steps away. I enjoyed my stay at Elisa’s guest house.

The room was very well designed and comfortable. I loved using the communal kitchen for breakfast and lunch, especially since the big indoor football market is nearby. The manager Paolo is pleasant and helpful.

I loved the location which is right by the San Lorenzo church. I also loved the space of the room which was my “home” for a week. Liked that there was a small kitchen and even small mini fridge in room to have some snacks for the morning or evening. host very nice and well priced. Strong Wi-Fi, good water pressure, firm bed, clean rooms. host was responsive to questions via messaging app

It's in the last floor and the elevator is too small for 2 people, but if you are young that's not a problem.

Host very nice and helpful; Very close to all tourist points, you can be everywhere in 4/5 minute (even the bridges you only take 9/10 minutes); Room size good enough for 2 people; Air conditioner in the room; Shared Kitchen, which means it's bigger and you can cook if you don't want to spend money outside someday

The building is old thus the elevator is tiny not fitting more than two people.

While it is located in the center of good restaurants at night it is very quite and allows you for a very good sleep. The room was newish and clean with friendly staff
