The bathroom shower drain wasn't clean and flooded but staff came and fixed the issue immediately.

Free parking = on the street, if you find a place. (not mentioned before booking) Illustrated rooms = only the premium ones (not mentioned before booking) Walls are not soundproof, so if you have babies in the neighbour, you will wake up if they wake up and cry.

Pool and slides are fun. Staff are organizing kid programs each day, it is not as complex as in big resorts, but it's still fun. They care about kids. There are lot of children around. Beach is 500meters (12 minutes walk) Breakfast is very good, many options. Kids love the pancakes and the huge Nutella :)

Well, if we wouldn’t have got parking slot at the hotel area, we could’ve had difficulties to find one.

Staff was kind and helpful. Kids got extra tension. Pool was enough for us. Breakfast was excellent. Everyone found something to eat. The room was nice and clean and a fun idea to add sharks and photos to the wall.

Everything is the best, clean, upgraded, facilities for all ages of children, animation staff attentive & welcome the children from the time you first walk in. The slide is so fun, food is great, such relaxing atmosphere in the garden. The owners are truly truly just so kind. Can not wait to return next year.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Fabrizio! Both breakfast and dinner were more than satisfying – delicious and very diverse. The atmosphere was amazing, the pool was clean, and the pool staff were attentive and friendly. From the reception to housekeeping and the kids’ entertainers, everyone was kind and professional. Everything was simply perfect – I highly recommend this hotel!

The bedroon walls are quite thin so you do tend to hear upstairs and neighbouring rooms comings and goings, particularly at night but it didn't have a major impact. There was no ask as I paid the bill if we had enjoyed our stay. The language barrier may have been a reason for this.

Location is good for the beach and walks along the sea front. Bot of a trek to the old time but we only went there once. Pool is very good and the slide kept the kids amused. Choice for breakfast was good. Close to lots of restaurants. Rooms were basic but beds comfy, showers hot etc. Entertainment was good for the kids and the language barrier didn't really impact their enjoyment of it.

Bed very uncomfortable, far too hard. Not a great selection of food (only one meat and one fish choice for pasta and main) but it was tasty.

Good location, very friendly and helpful staff, good children’s play room with free table football, ping pong, arcade game. Good sized pool with water slide. Food was tasty. Extremely clean.

The whole family really loved the stay. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and went beyond our expectations. The hotel is in a nice neighbourhood, not far from all the major attractions. Children are very welcome and they really enjoyed their stay. One of the nice things is that you can use the hotels bicycles to go around and explore.

They were very friendly, helpful and prompt in every situation we had; staff in reception and the lady who is responsible with serving in restaurant are beautiful people, in every way, understanding and kind. The cleaning service is done every day, changing towels, everyday, and we stood for 8 days! Location is close to the sea and buses. It's been a very pleasant holiday!

If I had to be picky all I would say is that the beds were a little hard and there needs to be a room for showers etc upon check out of the hotel (however Fabrizio let us go back into our own room free of charge)

The hotel is brilliant and they staff are honestly some of the best I've ever encountered. Nothing is too much trouble and they really care about the guests. This hotel is fantastic for families and there is a kids club, free entertainment, free bike hire etc.. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the breakfast is brilliant for both adults and children alike. The pool is kept clean and there is a lifeguard on duty at all times. This is not a large tourist area so it retains much of the Italian charm that we so much wanted.

Extra small rooms (we were 5 people in 15m2 😃 ) - still, it is ok, it was written on booking.com room description, but I did not pay any attention to this before. As we had a wonderful weather and all the activities for kids, we did not spend time in the room through the day.

Wonderful activities for children, very tasty and interesting food. Bikes free of charge. Everything is very well thought-of family needs. Very good experience. Extra nice and welcoming staff - speaking or non-speaking english. Very nice and pleasant people. We will return.

The bad was very bad, none of us got a good rest.

The staff is AMAZING and the food quite good. The pool is amazing, kids have great fun! The hotel is very clean and the staff does their absolut best to make it a great stay.
