Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomThe bungalow was quite dated. The kitchen area only had 4 hobs, no oven or grill. No toaster, we had to buy one to make sure our children would eat breakfast ( they can be fussy). There was only one plug socket in each room and were situated very close to the ceiling which made using them quite difficult but we did manage.
Staff we're friendly and helpful. Location was great, bus stop right outside and train station 10 min walk. Our bungalow had 2 bathrooms 2 bedrooms which was great when all trying to get ready for a day of exploring Rome. Pool area was lovely, also able to get a lounger no matter what time of day you arrived. Food at pool side bar was tasty.

SingaporeAgain, our biggest issues were with other guests who had no regards for anyone elses enjoyment around the pool area. The bungalow park itself was great.
Second stay at Flaminio Village, so that says a lot already. We really liked it despite a language misunderstanding where the check in guy told us we needed to wait till 4pm to use the courtesy shuttle to enter not realising we had come in by car. Anyway, apart from that we really had no issues with the staff at all. The pool area is fantastic, there are a lot of visitors from some particular nations who are very loud and like to smoke around the pool with no regard for anyone else but not much you can do about that. The breakfast at the pool cafe was lovely and we liked our bungalow.

United KingdomWe hadn't realised just how big the place was from the information I'd seen on the site (could just be that I didn't look very well). This just meant that the pool/restaurant were always very full when open. The food was good but only a few vegetarian options available (although this was kind of expected), one night i asked for a pasta dish without the meat but it arrived with it on, they did apologise and bring me out a (i hope) new one 5 minutes later though.
We came for a mixture of relaxation and exploration, and this was perfect for that. Good distance from city centre/ easy to get to by train. The bungalow room was great value for money. It was nothing special in the room but it didn't need to be, it had air conditioning and a fridge so we were happy with that. We had a clothes dryer also which was really useful, although it did mysteriously dissappear a couple of days in. The pool was lovely, especially the grassy area above it that was slightly more secluded from other guests meaning that less children were running by. Food was good.

IrelandThe noise from the complex next door is very loud and constant. Friday night and Saturday night the music was blaring till 4 o clock in the morning. Not ideal if you ate planning a day of sightseeing.
Stayed in a bungalow. It was immaculate. Plenty of storage. Good aircon. Large balcony. The pool area was nice. No rush on sunbeds. Only 5mins from a direct train ride into Rome.the complex provides a cart that drives from reception to the main complex every few minutes which is very handy

United KingdomLiked the arrangement and the facilities, although could not use the swimming pool or the restaurant in the place since was there just for a day, amazing front staff, they were very helpful and prompt always smiling. Arranged taxis for us from the airport and to the train station. It is a self catering and the kitchenette was well stocked with the minimum utensils what was required, there is a carrefour right in front of the property so even the produce can be gotten from there. Ample spaces for caravan and car park, there is a buggy service to the apartment from 8-8pm, beyond that it is a walk, if you are with big luggages then that is the problem else if you love to walk, it is great. Well maintained and peaceful area.

New ZealandWe were given good instructions on how to get to the park with public transport however once we got off the train we struggled to find where the crossing was to get to the otherside of the road. It is not signposted and no one could tell you so we wasted a lot of time aimlessly wandering around
It was good that there was the option to use their shuttle to get to our unit as husband isn't very mobile. Breakfast available at an extra cost was great and reasonable priced

IrelandNothing to do with the property itself - but the road between the property and the train station to get to the centre is extremely dangerous…you essentially have to walk on a highway road so definitely something to be aware of if you’re walking & not driving!
Very good value and close to the train station. Staff were very friendly and place was very clean overall!

United StatesIt was a nice place if you have a car to move around town every day, of course if that’s what you want, but for camping and enjoying everything the facility has to offer it is a wonderful place to stay. Public transportation is available but taking 2-3 buses was a little too much for us; taxis an Uber are very expensive this days. So, yes i will go back with family during a summer but I will need to rent a car to move around whenever i want out … just me, since you may feel different about it.

AustraliaCabin not quite what I expected. Thought it would be one of the newer ones, but it was adequate for a short stay. Double bed is a sofa bed and not comfortable. Ended up putting two singles in other room together.
