Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GreecePerfect place in a dreamy spot with everything you need in a 3 min walk , staff was perfect very friendly and always there to help you . Breakfast everything you can wish for . Bike garage . And most important of all CLEAN . Every day the cleaning staff had your room done . I recommend it hands down!!!

Many ski buses leaving from nearby. The train station is 5-10 minutes by foot. Very good breakfast, with big enough product range. Friendly staff.

From the moment I stepped through the doors, the atmosphere exuded warmth and hospitality. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The room itself was not only comfortable but also meticulously clean, showcasing a keen attention to detail. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the breakfast. It was nothing short of brilliant! The variety and quality of the options available were impressive. The location of the hotel was also ideal, making it easy for me to reach ski bus.

One of the best hotel in Campiglio/ Dimaro area taking intro consideration price to quality ratio Hotel reopened in 2023. Fantastic breakfast, clean rooms, professional skiroom, family atmosohere and new building are the key advantages. Very good location to także free skibus to Madonna di Campiglio or Folgarida Marileva. Highly reccimmended.
