Great location, on the main road but not noisy. Walking distance to the lungomare, restaurants and the beach. Nice rooms and comfy beds, very clean. Lovely and helpful staff, speaking excellent English.

The shower in the bath was down low so you had to hold it up when showering which made a huge mess in the bathroom, it also made it very slippery for the next person. It would be an easy fix to put a bracket on the wall. Just made it hard if you don't want to sit down in a bath and shower. The room was very spacious but the TV was about the size of a laptop and very far away, it was a bit pointless even having it. We asked for a kettle and they brought one which was nice, there was a weird note as well about not putting your own things in the fridge. Most people travelling will want to put extra water , drinks, snacks or whatever in the fridge. It was very hot weather as well. You are paying for the use of it, just hadn't come across this before.

The hotel it's very well located beachfront and the promenade, and with a magnificent terrace, those are the highest points if you traveling to Rapallo and as a hub for visiting Portofino, Cinque terre etc. The rooms are being remodeling, I booked 2 rooms and one was with a spacious bathroom and double bed for my parents. The other room was 3 bed but the downside was the bathroom which shows aging and extremely small with a tall bathtub not suitable for elderly persons. I could pass this because overall the hotel location is superb, breakfast it's good. staff is amazing and super honest, they told us we were forgetting some values at check out. Will definitely stay here again because of great service and location.

The walls of the room could be more protected from the sounds of the neighbouring rooms.

The place has its spirit. My room was filled with light . I especially liked the bathroom , which has the touch of art deco. Comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast and tasty coffee. Great location and very picturesque way to the hotel from the station.The hotel has its small terrace to enjoy the beautiful Rapallo port from above.

Room was small in size and a bit dated. Tiny sit down bath with shower head attachment, (too low to stand under). Traffic noise all night being next to busy road and self service garage.overall a bit pricey for average accomadation

Good location 5 mins from beach and town center. Staff real friendly and helpfull with parking etc. Buffet breakfast ok only cold selections. Roof terrace for relaxing good space
