One girl at the reception was not very welcoming…maybe because she didn’t speak English…I had to ring 4 times room services to get a plate antipasto with cheese a couple of beers…. For a 4****hôtel it was a bit disappointed

We slept very well. Comfortable beds, air conditioning that did not disturb sleep, thin blankets in addition to the sheets. Large pool and good pool area with a bar (it wasn’t hot in the shade of the bar). Good service.

The dinner menu options are limited (no salad or fish as health options available). In overall the experience was positive.

I kinda expected that this is an older hotel so it didn't bother me. However as an improvement the rooms could be refurbished.

The location is realy amazing with a great view of the sea. There is a huge parking lot in front of the hotel so everyone should be able to find a spot. The hotel is of older date and it shows however it's clean and looks well maintained. The brekfast is also good, regular for this kind of hotel.

Distance to beach and lack of vegetarian food available.

Lovely hotel and great pool although I was disappointed about the distance to the beach. On our first day the complementary shuttle to the beach was full so we were unable to use it. The hotel is a bit out of town and the restaurant had very limited vegetarian choices but what they did have though was delicious. Breakfasts was very good and the waiting staff at breakfast and evening meals were very friendly.

No shuttle bus (it was advertised as running) therefore we were stuck in the hotel so we had no option but to use their bar and restaurant instead of the local town They didnt have ingredients for most of their cocktails (despite the bar being called cocktail bar), their beer tap didnt work and they didnt have any music playing (even after I asked). We also then had to stay there for dinner due to no bus and they only had 4 choices (swordfish, entrecot and 2 pasta). The entrecot was terrible and they forgot our wine. Both the bar and dinner had zero atmosphere, kitchen was lit up like a hospital. The cot per night was also dearer than advertised. On morning 2 I raised all my concerns with their director who laughed, said "I dont believe you" and walked off. We didnt stay for our remaining two nights and found a perfect hotel in Maratea town. I could not stress how much this hotel should be avoided. Waste of money and your trip.

From the moment you enter the hotel there is loud noise, music. Whether it be the staff, animation team or pool side music.

Not much to like. Premises tired. Food abominable. We booked and paid for 2 nights, but had to leave after 1 night. No refund. They charged Euro 72 for two cold and tired dinner buffets - wilted vegetables, cold tasteless pastas. Breakfast was, at best, boring, with same poverty induced choices. Poolside area used artificial grass.
