Our first time to Ortesei after friends recommendations. Hotel Hell was in a fantastic location, very short walk to the beautiful village, restaurants and shops. Extremely helpful Reception staff with advice on what to see and how to get around. We did not ski, but hiked over our 3 day holiday and it was wonderful

The only slight negative was the hotel staff for breakfast were a little blunt. I do think it was more cultural than anything else. There is simply no other negative for a hotel to be used as a base for skiiing in Ortisei

The location was excellent. A very short walk into the main village and about a 50m walk to a chairlift that can take you to the main Seisler Alm gondola. You can then ski pack to within 50m of the hotel entrance. Our room was also very spacious, stylish and comfortable and the hotel breakfast was a standout. Would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Everything! Location, all hotel staff, lovely restaurant and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Whoever was working the front desk made us feel like family. They were always smiling, cheerful and eager to talk with us and offer suggestions of things to do and places to eat.

Staff at the breakfast buffet isn’t super friendly but we were a large group.

We had a lovely three night stay at Hotel Hell. It’s a great location, just across the road from the main town. We didn’t use the spa facilities downstairs, but absolutely loved the outdoor spa. Breakfast was fantastic with many options. Staff were very kind and friendly. Be aware you need to pay for parking at the hotel, which we didn’t know. Thank you for a great stay.

I don’t like two twin beds together with separate bedding for each of us. I know it’s a cultural thing in these parts but….

Such an eclectic, tastefully fantastical hotel! Loved all the amenities. Happy hour was great. Restaurant was top-notch - incredible ceviche, venison, and tiramisu. Free pool access next door was lovely. Room decor was chique - love the red and yellow chair! Easy walk into the center of town. Everything was perfect. Just stay there! You won’t regret it.

The room is big and clean. Much better than the pictures showing on the web. The staffs are very nice. Location is also great. We enjoy our stay.

Didn't eat dinner at the restaurant as they had limited items our party was interested in. Some items were very expensive. Parking was extra.

Hotel is very centrally located. Park and leave your car as everything is walking distance. Nice size rooms, good breakfast, hot tub on site, access to large pool complex next door.
