Great breakfast

The breakfast room is small, the amount of guests exceeds the capacity of the room. On one occasion we had to leave the hotel and have breakfast outside. The room wasn’t in the best conditions, the carpet was stained and there were walls where the paint was falling.

The people at the front desk were super nice.

The bed was pretty thin and average. Had a bit of a sore back. Breakfast was okay but nothing special.

Location was very central. Rooms were big, included a fridge and communal kettle and microwave available. Made up the rooms every single day. Reception open 24hrs.

Our first room had a continuous flushing toilet annoying noise, thus, we couldn’t sleep properly. We’ve contacted front desk first thing in the morning and the person there, I guess it was Beatrice told us, that the problem would be fixed until we return. Later, she told us that housekeeping didn’t notice any problem, but when we entered the room it was the same. She was very unprofessional!

Excellent breakfast, good location, 03 stations from city center. There was a employee from front desk, Marguerita. She is a sweet heart, helped us a lot, very efficient and friendly. Grazie mille Marguerita and Giacomo :)

Location is very good. Few minutes walking distance from Roma Tuscolana which is few stops away from the airport. A bit old but clean rooms.

Rooms are big. Breakfast is very good. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Walking distance to Colosseum is 40 minutes by subway is 10 minutes.

Breakfast could have been better. The eggs were just scrambled? and looked just steam boiled. The chesse selection could have been better. The breakfast room is kinda small if a lot of people come at the same time, it is hard to get food because it is placed at one spot and hard to move.

We didnt have a towel. The bathroom looked very old and the water wasnt that hot. the AC didnt work at and just did noise

The price was not at cheap as others but it was worth it. It’s very comfy and all the staff are nice and helpful. Also the hotel has good facilities, like; reception 24h, an accesible microwave and spacious and pleasant lobbies.

Not soundproofing but this did not affect us much. If your a light sleeper you may hear people in the corridor. Would have been useful to have a bedside table.

Stayed in room 221, with a view of the inner courtyard, (no balcony). Very good hotel staff were excellent, easy access to train stations. Room: Clean, no complaints. Certainly would stay again.

Underground parking even it is paid. If you travel by car and look for a secure place, that is it. rooms are clean.

It's a little far from the city centre. However, it's a 10-minute walk to the closest Metro station, which works really well. There is also a train nearby that can take you directly to the airport.

What we liked the most about this hotel was the staff, everyone was so attentive and nice, always smiling and willing to help! The facilities were great, I think it has a really good price-quality relation.

location near railways. We had little troubles with tea and coffee in the evenings.
