How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

A modern and clean hotel, convenient for those looking to visit Mestre at a low cost. It's very close to the city and the industrial area; however, having a car is recommended for easier travel.

Hotel is clean, nicely decorated and very well positioned to visit Venice. Breakfast is tasty, and very good, but it could have a little bit more choices. Staff is professional and polite. When I pointed that coffee machine is not working well they made me new coffee. Hotel is good value for money, and I would recomend it if you are traveling by car to Italy.

Breakfast was varied and delicious. The room was spacious enough for three persons and clean. The location of the hotel is OK due to the metro station being located just 400-500 meters away. The free parking place was available in a non-guarded parking lot behind the hotel.

Breakfast could be better.
Modern and clean. Biggest bed I've ever seen. Friendly staff, big & free parking lot around the hotel. Easy to reach from the highway.

Very good price and quality ratio- hotel was clean, quiet, comfortable and in farely good location (bus stop not too far away). Prices per night much better compared to Venice (and there are very good and fast connections to Venice). Breakfast fairly good, although lacks some seasoning and taste.

It's my second time in this hotel. Still making me wanting to back when staying in Venice. Perfect location. Bathroom is 5-stars, awesome shower. The beds are very big and confortable. Spacious room. Big tv(felt like a 50"). Great breakfast. Very spacious free parking lot. All the crew were amazing.

Elevator is very small. We don’t have large luggage, so no problem. But for travelers with large suitcases, it would only fit for one case at a time.
Pretty new hotel, clean room and nice breakfast. Free parking and free shuttle to the train station. We have a queen bed plus twin bed room. The queen bed is very large, like a king size in US. Twin bed can easily fit for one person (5’6”).

I wasn’t bothered by it but I did hear some of the noise of the street, it’s not a lot but if someone is very sensitive they might want to bring some ear plugs. The breakfast was on for the price but nothing special
Perfect stay if you want to visit Venice and the other cities in the area (Padova/Chioggia for example). It was clean, very friendly staff and a super comfortable bed. It seems funny but I did like that they provide enough towels. Free parking space is big as well.

it is really nice hotel, very clean, and modern. Very good breakfast. We had an early flight, they packed an early breakfast for us, extremely good customer service. We were using public transport, nearest bus halt is 800m away. It doesn't feel tiring though, we travelled end of October. The bus to take is 6L from "Piazza Mercato" to go to Venice Island.

The isles and elevator carpet were not very clean due to several tourists groups that were going in and out.
The rooms were very well oriented and clean, and we enjoyed our stay at this location.

Location is not perfect if you don't have much time to visit Venice. Walk and transfer by bus takes easily one hour in total.

There were no allergen information provided with the breakfast options and there was some confusion with staff about what is vegan. However the breakfast had some great options :)
Great room and access to a small gym. The staff was very helpful with information about getting to Venice. Breakfast options were good.

The air conditioning was unbearably loud and if you turned it off you could either suffocate in the heat or be disturbed by the noise of heavy traffic through the open window.
The staff were friendly, the breakfast was plentiful and delicious.
