The location requires a 12 minute walk from the station. The walls were scuffed in the room.

It was clean, inside had good amenities, nice bathroom.

Room was comfortable for 3 people and the beds allowed very good sleep. There is a bar in the hotel which serves different type of food for a reasonable price.

The walls are extremely thin, so you can hear everything from your neighbours.

Metro line M3 is pretty close - a 10 minute walk (there are busses available as well), so it's easy to get to the city centre. The room was clean and spacious.

Parking could have been given free of charge for guests, however 10 euros per day was still affordable

The room was neat and clean, easily accessible to downtown and city center if travelling by car. Breakfast in the hotel was also top notch and affordable.

When I arrived they gave me a different room form the one I've booked without even mentioning/asking. After complaining they gave me the one I've actually booked (I was lucky it was free) but it was a waste of time the check-in/changing rooms process. The location is not good as there's nothing around it and the only supermarket close to the hotel is a very small one that closes early. WIFI connection was poor and not ideal for working remotely. The room is not sound isolated and you can literally hear everything people are doing on the other rooms.

The room was amazing, big and cleaning was perfect.

I struggled to turn the heating on, we tried calling the front desk but no answer. I was so exhausted I didn’t have the energy to go down. But if they can maybe provide a menu with all the numbers. The shower area needs upgrading, some mould was visible.

The hotel is beautiful inside and very clean. The staff a friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is accessible by train or car. We used train. The area from the train station to the hotel could do with more lighting at night time. Overall a lovely hotel that I would stay at again.

there were unidentified stains on the wall, bugs in our bathroom & the staff miscommunicated with what time we needed to check out by saying 12AM “in the morning” in their words, instead of 12pm in the afternoon (which led to a €80 booking going to waste as we needed to choose between going to that event which we couldn’t get money back for or collecting our luggage)

it was very nice, the room we received was bigger/more spacious than we expected, everything worked perfectly and the beds were comfy! it was nice to have facilities for food/etc downstairs too which came in handy whilst we were settling in.
