I tend to shower at night, and the water was barely warm, at best. Just make sure to shower in the morning and you won't have an issue!

Breakfast on the terrace was phenomenal. The staff was so friendly, and recommended the best restaurants around town.

The only downside is the sounds of the city at the night, but that's because it's in a central location and it's outside the hotel's control.

We splurged on the Suite and it was definitely worth it! The private veranda is spacious and provides a beautiful view of Rome. The actual suite is gigantic, clean and comfortable. It's located on the top floor of their second building and can be reached by stairs or an elevator from the first floor (or what we call the 2nd floor if you're American). The suite has 2 separate entrances - one from the stairs and another entrance from the elevator. Staff was extremely helpful. At check-in, we were given vouchers for 2 free drinks and offered free tours of the city through the hotel. They asked what our plans were during our stay and walked us through how to reach them all by transit. There was always someone available to answer our questions, and at check out, they called a taxi to the airport for us. We didn't get a chance to try their breakfast, but we ate at the restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel, and the food was excellent.

Absolutely amazing hotel in a great location for exploring Rome! We had a wonderful time there. The location is fantastic, very central with major sights like Colosseum and Trevi fountain within walking distance. Nadia, Sara, Federica and Letizia - the ladies at the reception were so nice, attentive and helpful.

There was a store room next to our hotel room door which I think was being accessed at the early hours which was slightly annoying but it’s a small establishment and some things can’t be helped.

Clean modern hotel which has everything you need for a short trip. Breakfast on the open rooftop terrace in the morning with view of colosseum was lovely and a great way to start the day. Breakfast staff very professional and friendly. Reception staff also impressive. Federica in particular was amazing probably the best front of house we’ve ever dealt with. Super helpful and a real asset to the hotel! Comfy mattress and lovely shower meant we were happy with our stay and would certainly recommend it. Located a short walk to the Trevi fountain but out of the way of all the noise and crowds. 9/10

Always a dice roll when getting a "family room" or requesting a room for 5 people. We had 5 in our party and assumed one bed would be a kind (2 twins) but both seemed more like queens and we had to fit 3 of us in one.

Was a good location to hit all the big ticket items in Rome. Loved that we could step outside and look left and see the Colosseum. The attached restaurant was great. The complementary drinks on the first night were a nice touch. The rooftop breakfast was good and a cute setting. The room was nice, modern, clean. Great shower.

Location cose to historical sights with many bars and trattorias, you can see colosseum from the street where the hotel is located. We loved also the room which was small but very comfy and pretty. The team helped us with everything incl arranging the purchase of tickets to museums, as well as reservation for dinner restaurants.

If I was being really picky the bar does not sell Beer, which was for my partner was a disappointment. So we couldn't make the post of the roof top terrace in the evenings.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast on the sun Terence was lovely, lots of choice. I was welcomed with a bottle of champagne in my room which was lovely for birthday.

We stayed with family in the hotel Condominio Monti Boutique Hotel from 2nd to 6th of March. Our expectations were exceeded: first of all the staff is very friendly (with warm regards to Federica), our kids (9, 15) were happy with breakfast (also very friendly staff), the location of the hotel is just fabulous. We loved to stay here and hope to be able to come back again.

The rooms are a little small and a little dim.

The rooms are really cute and the location is amazing, especially if you're planning on visiting the Coliseum. The highlight was definetely the included breakfast. The staff was so helpful and welcoming.
