bathrobes and slippers were not provided, breakfast could have been more varied, and the booking website indicated the wrong hotel address, so initially we arrived at the wrong point and spent a long time looking for the right path

The location is perfect- in the center but a quite street with noises (almost impossible for Venice) Our room was two-story and very spacious

One bed, an extended couch, was not very comfortable. The breakfast buffet could be more diverse.

Location is great, a five-minute walk from Piazza San Marco. The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood, not very busy in the evening, which was great. The quadruple room was comfortable and sufficient for a family. The staff is super friendly.

Hotel was well located and convenient to almost all of the major sites in Venice--St. Marks, Doge's Palace, Grand Canal. . . Also, when arriving by plane and departing by train the Water Boat from the airport dock is less than five minutes walk to the Hotel--very convenient. Staff was very kind and helpful--gave very good directions to major sites and transportation.

Nothing would recommend this hotel to others. Though just note they cannot provide irons in the rooms.

Brill location. Very warm and comfortable especially the bed. Breakfast pretty good, nice selection. Perfect for our 4 nights in Venice.

The location is outstanding - the annex room is lovely, overlooking a canal, and just a short walk to the major tourist sites and a variety of restaurants. It is situated in a quieter street which is brilliant, but just short minutes away from everything. Just over five minutes from the water bus stop. Perfect.

Better signage at the apartment and make it clear when booking, that it is not located at the main hotel. Ensure the location address link on your hotel webpage is correct

We followed the link on our booking which led us to the wrong door. We then found the hotel reception, which was difficult with not much internet to guide us on maps. We were taken to our apartment, which was perfect, but at the end of a darkish alley with little signage. We went out for dinner and a walk and couldn’t find our way back with maps, so we had to find our way back to the hotel again. We were given a hard copy map and found our own way back to our apartment along dark alleyways. We actually thought we were staying at the Hotel and didn’t mind staying in a different location but it wasn’t made clear on our booking and it was very hard to find.

Weekend price increases drastically. Take a good map and a compass and gps if you go out for a walk. Lots of canals and bridges to confuse you.

Location was great - although I could never find my way back to it at night. Many canals and bridges. Close to San Marcos yet right beside another lovely quiet plaza. Large comfy bathroom. Very quiet, good air conditioning. Would have liked a writing table. Overall very pleasant.

The breakfast could be a little better , the eggs for me weren't cooked enough and more healthy options would be great, coffee was excellent as was the oj .

At the first day we got a room at the last floor in the old building. The AIR condition was not working and the shower water wasn't comings continuously . there is no elevator to this floor and the stares are very steep. The day after we ask to move and we got the new building where it was much nicer.

The bathroom was lovely and shower and bath were fabulous, but the space was not great. Being 6ft 2in tall, when I sat on the toilet I either had to sit at an angle, or with my legs wide open! Either way was not overly comfortable, and I doubt that a shorter person would have been able to sit "normally " on it either. Also the hairdryer over heats and cuts out, so took me over an hour to dry my hair after it got damp in the shower. But these were my only "issues"

Location, style of room, and staff were all amazing. The reception person was amazing and gave me SO much information and help with what line and times the water taxi went so I could get to where I needed. The porter was also fantastic, and I felt guilty as my case was very heavy, but he moved it in and out of the hotel and to my room without flinching! I did not get breakfast as I woke up late as slept like the dead! It was so comfy and quiet.

Friendly, welcoming, helpful staff. We were upgraded to a gorgeous room that overlooked the canal and the gondolas travelling up & down. Amazing! Great breakfast. Great location.
