They were doing some sort of renovations in what sounded like the next room to us. The drilling started at around 7.30/8am and was extremely loud.

Bathroom toiletries were scare and poor quality. Housekeeping cleaned room while we were in it - very friendly lady and great service but would have preferred it to happen when we were out.

Breakfast was excellent- great variety and good quality. Fabulous location - close to funicular to old town and new town.

Bathroom shower is not very functional. Water is spilling beyond the bath easily.

Location is amazing just next to the Upper City of Bergamo but very close to Bergamo Rail Station. Bus stop of line 1 that goes straight to the airport is opossite of the hotel. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Bed was super comfortable.

Absolutely nothing.

Excellently located hotel.  It is a short walk to the bus and train station...and the funiculare. Airport bus right in front of the hotel. Less than an hour on the train to Milan. An hour on the bus to Lovere on Lake Iseo. Spotlessly clean and very large rooms, ours had a balcony with a view of the Citta Alta. Breakfast had plenty to choose from. The staff were very pleasant, attentive and very helpful. I always stay here when in Bergamo. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We have been to Bergamo on 4 occasions and would not stay anywhere else. The staff are always extremely polite and helpful. Lovely large room and bathroom. Spacious breakfast room with excellent choice. The location is good too, only a short walk to the funicular to reach Citta Alta or to the main shopping area.

Very spacious rooms, very comfortable bed and staff were lovely. Really good location as it is 5 min walk from the funicular to the old town and only 10 min walk from the train station (we went to Milan which was 40 mins on the train).

In winter, the heating system does not operate continuously.

The proximity to the historic city and the train station, delightful breakfast with a panoramic view, and cleanliness.

Low quality of salamis, vegetables and there is a lot of cakes, breads and dough stuff instead of fresh healthy food.

Everything was great like facilities and room and stuff, but breakfast was not good. I expected much more for that kind of a hotel.

The Hotel was great, and so was the room! The staff must have upgraded our room because we got a balcony, bathrobe, slippers and a bathtub with bobles! Everything was perfect and the location was great as well. Four minutes to walk to the stairs up to Citta Alta. We loved it!

The carpet in our room was in need of being replaced.

Our room was small but very clean and very comfortable. Bed and bath linens were of a good quality. The breakfast was outstanding. Staff were always highly professional and very courteous. We would book another stay without hesitation.

Very small TV with complicated access to TV programe. Also, just my personal likings: TV box (where TV is hidden) is a bit unnecessary and take a lot of room space. There should be a big modern flat TV on the wall to take less space and to be up-to-date. Just a suggestion...

It would be great if the shower had more heads rather than the only one that comes from over the head; It would be great to have a bit more varieties for the breakfast.

The location, it's very convenient to take the no. 1 bus from the airport directly; My room has a very big balcony and plenty of sun;
