Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MontenegroNoise is a problem if someone does not have good sleep, since for example in our room (116) noise came from the fountain near the hotel and public transport. Also, isolation is not so good inside the hotel and there is a problem with door retarders and it make noise when someone enters or goes out of the room. Rooms are clean, but not the cleanest.
The room was quite good. The staff is very polite and ready to help in each moment. The hotel is close to the metro station and with the change of two metro lines you can reach the Duomo. Breakfast is good, there are several options and it is enough for a 3-star hotel.

PortugalI've stayed at other hotels from the IBIS group but this one was the worst so far, no amenities besides soap, no fridge, the tv was ancient and the furniture has seen better days. The shower head support kept sliding down so we had no option but to hold on to the shower head while taking a shower
The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet and the staff was extreamly nice and helpful, located in a more residencial zone the area is very calm and you can find some nice bakeries near if you like to sleep in and miss the breakfast

MontenegroMaybe it’s not a complaint, just a comment, about tea and coffee. In other IBIS hotels we used coffee machines with hot water and it was for free. Sometimes, especially during the winter it’s just comfy to take hot tea and go to your room with hot drink
