My room when I checked in was 28C . I turned on A/C it kept switching over to heat . I asked front desk if someone could come take a look at it no one came I think she just write down for future reference. I was able to open the window but it never cooled down until about 6am so needless to say I had a horrible night sleep.

Hotel was very clean . Staff very nice and shuttle service was great .

The hotel offers an airport shuttle for 5€, which is nice. But there is a free shuttle, the bus stop is 5-10min away. We learnt about it to late, but maybe somebody finds it useful:)

Staff aren't super friendly if you don't speak Italian. Got in a bit of confusion about paying for breakfast; they were rude. My intention wasn't to skip paying. However, when I am told "pay next time" I assume at checkout or next day... I was chased down as I was exiting the breakfast location to pay which was embarrassing given that I had no problem paying... It's not my fault you communicated the wrong thing, but they were rude about it like I was trying not to pay. It was frustrating. I get that I don't speak a lick of Italian, but don't assume I am trying to skip paying; that's just rude. Plus it's on their file that it's work travel, I am not going to try to save my company 10 euro... LOL Free WiFi was crap and not secure; not setup as a guest WiFi. Anyone can connect to your device. You can stream to other people's chrome casts for fun. Make sure to enable your firewall if connecting, better yet use a travel router. Speed was not great, you wont be making any video calls and at busiest times checking your email will be painful. So, I wouldn't recommend using it for work... No screens on windows, which isn't great given you have to keep the window open at all times to keep the room cool. So, you better get used to the bugs coming in from the outside if you like cool temperatures like I do.

Clean and new-ish, though there are some questionable repairs everywhere like staples and exposed screws in the wall. The breakfast is good and there is a lot of choices, but it's generally not included in the reservation.

We are returning guests, this time we struggled with the pillows in the room, we woke up with pain in the neck. Please upgrade the pillows, they are really ruining otherwise great experience.

The location is great, close to airport, outlet, Milano, easy check in and check out.

There was no soundproofing, the bells of the neighboring church could be heard every half an hour, the airplanes could be heard. Very basic breakfast for its price.

The cleaner came to the room in the morning (about 8:30 a.m, the sound of the door startled me from sleep), although it was not yet check-out time. She also asked later in the corridor (without speaking English) while going to breakfast if there was still a desire to clean the room even though it was the day of departure from the hotel. The hotel staff could have such information. Left a very unpleasant feeling.

Much better if the shuttle service is free or included in the room fee. The bath room need to be renewed. Nothing is around the hotel. It is better to have meals in the city centre in Milan..

As this hotel was mainly for people arriving/leaving the airport late/early there was a constant buzz in the corridors and outside the hotel so not a good place for light sleepers. Also the church bells next door ringing every out every half hour didn't help. Transfers to/from the airport every half an hour. 5 euros per person. Racing car driver included in price. Bathroom was jinxed. Everything I touched came off in my hand; knobs, tissue box etc. No shower curtain present. Wasn't a problem though as the water only trickled out of the shower head. Getting wet was a major challenge.

No room service or housekeeping, we have to collect things every time from reception. The hotel is charging you 5 euros per person per way for the shuttle. Not all facilities were there similar to what is written in booking (example is iron). The hotel didn’t provide even a small bottle of water free of charge as a complimentary welcoming but they asked to pay 2 euros for that which is not good from them

The photos don't reflect the worn and dated condition of the premises. The location is not within walking distance and got no walking path to the airport. A nightmare if the shuttle is full. The heating is not adjustable but we can open the windows. The staffers are distracted if not unhelpful.

24H reception for late arrivals. Good shower. Plenty of shampoo and soap. Clean towels. The two beds are big enough for the four of us in the quadruple room.

The room was boiling (and the air con didn’t seem to make any difference) and the bathroom was a bit tired looking but over all it was fine for our needs.

Rooms were large. Breakfast , dinner and drinks in the bar were nice. The airport shuttle was great and very prompt.
