The facilities were limited, such as no kettle or tea maker in the room; no bar or evening meal which would have been more convenient. The tea room could be improved by including teacups instead of paper cups; cutlery and plates. It was also dark and isolated. No view and lacked a relaxing atmosphere. Noisy corridors very early in the morning when people were leaving. Woke us up!

The hotel staff were very friendly and courteous. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was very good, walking distance to the centre. The breakfast was very good.

We spent two nights in arpino for a wedding of friends and loved the hotel. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, the view of the sunset is gorgeous and the location just beautiful.

Beautiful gardens, rooms and delicious breakfast! Spotless rooms and very friendly staff. The hotel is located in a perfect spot, a short walk away from the piazza and there’s a handy little store next door that sells groceries and drinks.

They had VERY loud parties 2 nights in a row. We should have been informed when we booked that there will be parties, or parties should not be organized since guests come with the intention to sleep and rest at night.

The only downside is the street where this hotel is located - it’s is a typical Naples street but very dirty , broken glass etc . Nothing to do with the hotel and we felt safe there. The area is very convenient to Goran Aldo station metro and main stations for tours and exploring the city

This is a great hotel with excellent and friendly staff , the place is spotlessly clean and the offer a convenient and fresh breakfast . We stayed with our 5 year old who was very comfortable on an air mattress and we had a lovely large balcony .

The sound isolation to the hallway could have been better. The hot water regulator for the shower was a bit unstable.

Our culinary detour in Arpino, mid-way from Rome to Puglia, was nothing short of delightful. The hotel's friendly staff, led by a knowledgeable owner, instantly made us feel welcomed. Nestled in the heart of Arpino, the hotel featured a tranquil garden and a prime location. The owner shared local insights of where to go and arranged a contact to a nearby farm for us, which we visited for a tour and some antipasti with a touch of authenticity. Our room was spacious and clean with a good AC. The windows offered a view of the garden and were equipped with effective blackout blinds for a peaceful morning rest. The hotel's ample parking space was a bonus, allowing us come and go by car as we pleased.

The hotel was very clean ,the room was a great Size ,the aircon was great as it was very hot during our visit .the breakfast at the hotel was varied and ample and the location of the hotel was ideal as just a short walk to arpino main square

They don’t have a terrace bar to show off their amazing gardens and let the people relax there with some drinks, that would make this place 10/10. The hotel needs to spice up their entertainment for guests.

Really cool building converted from a factory. We enjoyed sitting outside in the courtyard with the fountains and gardens. Awesome views! Great staff! Seems like an awesome place to have a wedding.
