The property is exquisite. Beautifully restored and charming. The location is stunning with views and landscapes to die for. The food and wine are excellent. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and they were all so friendly and accommodating with our baby. Horse-riding is a must to see the further extent of the estate.

The properrty was very authentic, with a number of activities including trekking, horse riding, wine tour and others. The service by all members of staff was outstanding especially by the lady at the reception called Ksenia. The rooms were kept very tidy and clean.

Everything was perfect, accommodations, staff, especially Riccardo, speaks perfect Portuguese and was extremely kind. Il Borro is a beautiful property located in Tuscany, 25 minutes from Arezzo. Our villa had two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a beautiful living room! Breakfast is also great! We miss this place already.

This property contained everything! Including it’s own medieval village. I felt like I was in my own storybook. Everything and everyone was so incredibly nice and welcoming. What an amazing place, thank you Ferragamo Family, for sharing it with us ❤️

Loved the location and the pool are of where we stayed. Our room was amazing and in such a nice area and it was nice that we were able to call drivers to take us to different spots in the area.

Not equipped for newborn / infant who require changing spaces. The service we experienced at Osteria del Borro is not at the right level for this type of venue, and should be improved; However the meal was delicious. The Quality, presentation and choice variety of the room service also needs improvement.

Charming and unique location, stunning horses and great food&wine! The staff at concierge tried their best to accommodate our requests. Lovely wine tasting experience. Great variety of activities to try!

The amount of mosquitos even in the rooms and whenever one opened a door or window that there was no golfing instructor during that week the furnishing of the room and that it was very dark inside so that one almost always had to have a light on

Unfortunately, our room smelled of cigarette smoke. We had a small child but couldn’t book seats for the dinner at Il borro’s restaurant for 2 days. I have never imagined that family guests couldn’t get seats. If you are planning to visit, I would recommend you to make a reservation earlier. We went to the outside restaurant (which was also good) and had a room service in stead. We asked the receptionist if we can join the horse riding, she replied me “it might be canceled because of rain, if it happens, will call you back” but never replied. I would recommend you to book through the Concierge. Some staffs are really helpful and perceptive but some of them seemed to need a bit more training. I think there are too many guests after Covid, everyone looked a bit hectic compared with 3 years ago. We love this place the most in Italy, I hope the quality of service will catch up again.

This place is totally majestic and like no other! Some staffs are truly professional, helpful and friendly to everyone, they treat you as a Il borro’s family. We enjoyed walking down the hill, horse riding, drawing activity for my child and drinking the wines, just feel the charm of this beautiful hidden gem. We would like to express our most gratitude to Maurizio for his unchanged kindness and efforts for us. also thank you to Alice for her friendly and inspiring lesson to my daughter for her horse riding. Without them, our stay would have been a quite different experience.
