The greeting on arrival was rude and abrupt because there was a small queue, other members of staff were great and helpful though. It’s not too far in a taxi to the centre of Florence but it’s €20-€30 one way so would book closer if visiting again.

Room was comfortable and clean, the pool was open but too cold for us in October, breakfast was good. Young man on reception was really helpful with local travel information.

Didn’t like the fact that it’s quite old. Needs a decent renovation. Also you could see that there is lack of staff. Reception staff was all the time the same people, didn’t happen to me as long as I were in Italy and also while we were there, after 12 reception was closed. Quite poor for a 4 star hotel. Last but not least pool was under functional with result me and my friend staying locked on pool area until finding the Emergency exit.

Location was good, as both buses for city center (to go and come back) were stopping opposite of the hotel. Breakfast was decent. Had a few options. Beds were nice and soft and bathroom was nice. I could say it was quite spacious.

staff at reception wasn't too nice nor efficient - the check in took a long time, and when asked for more towels beacuse there was only one set in the bathroom, it took very long to get them.

Check in took FOREVER and our key card kept getting re-set each day so we had to keep going down to the front desk to get into our room! FYI - no kettle

Location was too out of the way for us without our own transport. Buses do stop outside hotel though but we had a few issues with the bus system around Florence. Had also contacted hotel by email with an enquiry but did not receive a response

The pool and the room are very conformable. There is a parking space and it is really convenient. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is extremely good.

There was a big noise all day in our floor. They was doing a construction and it was annoying. They didnt bring us water during the day and when we ask for water at night they said it was late and we have to pay for it. And we had to pay for the water. There was a problem with water in the toilet. The water didnt stop . when we call them ,they said no body is in the hotel to look whats going on. They can come in the morning. I told them the water will goes on untill morning and they said ok. no problem. There wasnt a cattle in the room.

Old, unkempt, they don’t even cut overgrown grass and trees from parking . Main entrance very depressing, could do with new paint on walls. No attention to keeping it tidy.

Fitness centre was closed for no obvious reason Check in was delayed - we arrived after 3pm, but could only check in to one of our 2 rooms and only got the 2nd room key around 5pm

In general some maintenance leaks: floor near the bathroom ruined and definitely in need of refurbishment, rust on the tables legs near the pool affecting the floor with unpleasant orange stains (aluminum or stainless steel should be a must for pool fornitures), breakfast quite cheap.

Hotel offers a excellent compromise, good value for the money it costs and for Florence, bed was really a king size and very comfortable and room size definitively not bad at all. We chose it for the pool and it was definitively a great point offering pleasant refreshment in the hottest hours of the summer day. Parking available, covered.

Location- was a little bit too far out of Florence for us. Especially on Saturday/ Sunday - limited buses.

Swimming pool was a massive bonus. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful.

Very worn-out/grumpy looking, dirty carpet all over, limited choice in Breakfast, only one coffee machine was working, so there was always a long queue. The room fridge was not working.

The staff at the front desk was the best I have come across. Very friendly and helpful, they are 5 stars in a 3 star hotel (sorry this hotel can't be a 4 star). Love the outdoor pool, one suggestion would be to mention the depth of the pool somewhere, so kids can choose the right side of the pool.

Very noise beacose the rooms wall very tin and so crazy some people make a lot of noise we feel like we was one San Siro Stadium. The hotel need renovation. Rooms very old and need renovation.
