The rooms were large and the bathroom was spacious with great amenities. Excellent breakfast options, with a brilliant rooftop r3staurant and bar. Exceptional taste in background music also.

No concierge. No information whatsoever about how to get to places. When we were finally given info about how to get to Trastevere the tram left us in the middle of nowhere with no taxis available and we had to walk 35 minutes from the bus stop (we had to change trams but no one informed us).

Sounds from the hallway carry easily into the room, so you can clearly hear people walking or the doors opening. The restaurant at the rooftop does not live up to it's ambition and breakfast is not worth it. I suppose the worse part is the elevator. Only one is operating and it is a long wait anytime you want to get in and out. You have to pay to visit the gym, even if you are a guest of the hotel.

The hotel is close to a metro station, which makes it very easy to get around. The building is placed in the second line of buildings, so there is no noise coming from the street, or outside of the hotel in general. The room are relatively new, modern and clean.

Cleaning service was a bit weird as once our toothbrushes were put into the sink, then all towels were taken out of the room.

Very nice location of the hotel. There are many available facilities like the gym, restaurant. You can benefit from it with a very good price. The restaurant has a nice healthy menu.

Description to find the main entrance back in the courtyard a bit vague, bed a little small for two people, no shelf in the shower

The breakfast was the only area that could be improved, we were not aware of the buffet charge and just had a couple of pastries, we even paid for bottles of orange then orange jiucie came out in jugs, €15 was quite expensive, location great

We liked very much our stay in Dotcampus. The accomodation was in general very good: bed, lighting, towels, a terrace with a little table and chairs, a small fridge, a good hair drier, shelves and wardrobe and support whenerver needed. Something else I would like to highlight is the fact that the hotel is close to many bus stops and a metro station, so we could use public transport all days we were there (including to Termini train station, Ciampino airport and main spots). The roof top comes handy when one is willing to have a fast meal or not willing to go out to eat. I hope they keep this service operating :) Thank you for the hospitality.

We experienced a misterious case of a disappearance of a cookie. This was not a big deal, but leaves you discomfortable.

The room is very modern, confortable and has everything that you need. It is also very clean! Employees too are welcoming.

The location is a bit further from the center and not to easy to arrive, but the metro is closed and the staff is helpful to find the address at the end.

The staff it was amazing, they were helping me to celebrate the bday of my girlfriend and they help.us to find a chocolate cake (that is not on the menu) and at the end everyone in the staff was celebrating her b'day. She was surprised and it was a lovely experience. The room is nice with a big balcony and enough space for both of us, in general pretty happy

I didn’t like: - we had movement detectors in our room that were lighting up each time we moved on the bed. Difficult to sleep with party-like illumination (by the way, what is their purpose?) - we were offered a room for people with special needs which had no shower shield. And no mop to clean all the water. So the whole bathroom was flooded each time we took shower - we had a do not disturb sign when we left that was removed and cleaning personnel cleaned our room. So the do not disturb sign was ignored

The wifi didnt work on the balcony sadly, the tvs are same in the rooms so we were able to control the next room tv and vicaversa ( :D ) also the internet connection was bad and laggy sometimes.

Regarding the price, all was good. But that can be better if they change the bath amenities.

The staff was amazing. Especially George is so helpful. Very glad to stay there. The gym is ok and the roof is great. Open all day long. Nice.
