We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Food from their own farm produce is worth all Michelin stars, everything is very clean and taken good care of, complimentary wine and owner who cares. The location and premises are very beautiful.

Remarkable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the owner, Alberto, and his welcoming staff. The facilities are state-of-the-art, rooms are spacious, luxurious ambiance, beautifully decorated, and offer stunning views. The location is great and conveniently situated. The food in the hotel’s restaurant was delicious! Everything about our stay was flawless, making this easily one of the best, if not the best place we've ever stayed at.

The breakfast was superb. Everything was always served hot and fresh. The ladies who prepared and served us breakfast were charming, delightful and helpful and always made us feel comfortable and welcome. We also enjoyed the evening dinning experiences we had. The food was certainly one of the most enjoyable aspects of the relais and the young gentlemen servers gave us excellent service. Our host Alberto and his staff were more than helpful with their attention to detail and suggestions to make our visit to Tuscany most enjoyable.

What didn't I like? Breakfast is not ordinary and you're served with a smile and very kind waitstaff. Dinners could put Michelin restaurants to shame. All wines and digestives served are from the farm. Unbelievably fantastic. The room is expansive and the bathroom is spacious.

Everything was perfect. We were very warmly welcomed by Alberto when we arrived at the farm. He explained everything and showed us around. Besides him also all the staff were really frıendly and helpful. There is a lovely restaurant on the farm and everything they serve is from the farm itself and freshly produced. We ate there the best dinners we had in Italy. Breakfast served to hotel guests was also great. The farm was quiet, the beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. There was a bath with a jacuzzi in the room which was a super bonus. There was also complimentary wine for us in the room. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to come back one day!

Such a beautiful property! Alberto has created an oasis of culinary delight in the middle of working farms and the small town Rigutino. The focus on wine and perfectly original menus keeps you staying for dinner every night. The spacious rooms, with 14 foot ceilings, large desk, antique decorations and comfortable bed made it feel like home. The custom made to order breakfast got us up and out early each morning. Minutes from Many historical places, like Cortona, makes Il Cipresso the perfect homebase for a longer stay. Oh yeah, great pool. Book it.
